It is advisable to practice two or three muscle groups. If we can accomplish four tasks, we can simply divide the upper and lower limbs into two parts. You can send one or two muscles from one place at a time for detailed exercises. Each muscle group can practice three kinds of left and right abdominal movements. For example, you can choose two muscle groups that are not too conflicting for each exercise, so that you can practice this part more intensively. Don't make a muscle group too tired. If you want to practice well, make a training plan first, and then ask questions if you have any questions.
