As the assistant and consultant of the legal representative of social organizations, the secretary-general of sports social organizations plays an important role in sports social organizations, as the implementer of the work plan of social organizations and the host of daily work. After retiring to the second line in 2000, he joined the work of Harbin Tai Ji Chuan Association. Since 2008, he has served as executive deputy secretary general, secretary general and executive vice president. Since 15, especially since he became the Secretary-General, under the leadership of the Council and President of the Association, he has taken it as his responsibility to run the Tai Ji Chuan Association well and promote the popularization and development of Tai Ji Chuan in the whole city. It is our aim to be a good staff assistant to the Chairman, a good leader of the Secretariat and a good waiter of Tai Ji Chuan friends. 15 years' working practice has made me deeply realize that the secretary-general should be the designer of the planning association's work; Start the correlation engine; Promote the work of the association; Lubricant for coordinating the work of the association. The Secretary-General should have the affinity of boxing friends to treat you as a buddy, the charisma to respond at any time, the cohesiveness of everyone moving closer to you, and the activity of communicating with relevant departments.
First of all, the Secretary-General should be the architect of the work of the Planning Association.
How does society survive? How to develop? How to carry out work? There is no fixed pattern. As the Secretary-General of the Association, he should plan the long-term development plan and make the short-term work plan of the Association according to the law of project development and the specific situation of the Association. Find out the methods of organizational development and technical development; Try to use your own resources to survive and develop. And provide the planned things to the president and the Council for adoption and decision-making, making it the basis of the association's work.
1. Some people make the annual work plan of the association.
The formulation of the annual work plan is the most important part of the association's work. When making the annual work plan, I think we should pay attention to four links: first, we should comprehensively consider the basic and routine work that the association has to do every year; Second, it is necessary to highlight the key points, and take the annual main work determined by the president's office meeting as the focus of the whole year's work and highlight the key points. Third, it is practical, and the work included in the plan should conform to the actual foundation, existing level and execution ability of the association and be operable; Fourth, innovation keeps pace with the times, and the work plan for the new year is formulated in accordance with the principles of consolidation, improvement and development. In addition, before the first draft of the plan is formed, it is necessary to solicit the opinions of all departments of the secretariat and incorporate their plans for the new year's work into the plan; After the first draft is formed, organize secretariat meetings to study, discuss, adjust and enrich it; After revision, it will be submitted to the Council for approval. The adopted annual work plan will be issued according to the work content, implementation requirements, completion time, participation methods, responsible departments and other contents, so as to be specific, clear and definite.
2. Presided over the establishment of Tai Ji Chuan Technical Training Center of the Association.
Since the establishment of the Association in 2000, as the executive deputy secretary-general, he has been in charge of the training of the Association, presided over the establishment of the Association's training center, hired boxers with certain technical level and Tai Ji Chuan's teaching ability as coaches, and held various Tai Ji Chuan training courses in rented venues all the year round. In the first few years, the tuition fees collected can't guarantee the venue rent and the coach's teaching subsidy, and the association has to invest some money every year to maintain the operation of the center.
In order to enable the training center to generate income for the Association and give full play to the role of the training center in the development of Tai Ji Chuan, since 2007, combined with the implementation of the Association's grading standards for coaches, training courses have been planned and held for stationmasters, counselors, coaches, Duan Wei Boxing, new popular boxing routines, fitness qigong counselors and new technologies, so as to broaden the source of students and expand enrollment. Cultivate young and promising coaches and send them out for competition, exchange and study; Improve the technical level and teaching ability of coaches through training courses for coaches at all levels organized by the association; At the same time, in line with the laws of market economy, adjust the price of training fees in a timely manner. After several years' efforts, the training programs of the training center have formed a series, and all kinds of Tai Ji Chuan coach training programs are relatively fixed, effectively improving the technical attraction of the training center. Gradually let the training center turn losses into profits, in addition to ensuring rental fees and coach subsidies, there are tens of thousands of yuan in income every year. The training center insists on holding training in Tai Ji Chuan with 14 as the normal year, and trains more than 500 trainees/kloc-0 every year, which has trained a batch of Tai Ji Chuan technical backbones for the tutoring station and promoted the improvement and development of Tai Ji Chuan in the city.
Recently, taking the opportunity of renting the venue of Harbin Institute of Physical Education, I was also responsible for jointly establishing the "Tai Ji Chuan Training Base in Heilongjiang Province" with Harbin Institute of Physical Education. By taking advantage of the sports atmosphere and teaching resources of Harbin Institute of Physical Education, the association's huge crowd advantage and Tai Ji Chuan's specialty were brought into play, and the training base was radiated to the whole province, making the base play a greater role in the popularization and development of Tai Ji Chuan in the whole province.
3. Plan and implement the association coach grade standard.
In order to meet the needs of Tai Ji Chuan's development, in 2007, our department planned and formulated the technical grade standard of Harbin Tai Ji Chuan Association, and formulated the grade standard of association counselors, second-class coaches, first-class coaches and senior coaches. Formulated a method of gradual promotion through training, assessment and evaluation. The association holds training courses for counselors at all levels and conducts formal and rigorous theoretical and technical examinations. After seven years of operation, the Association has formed a team of Tai Ji Chuan coaches with 14 senior coaches, 109 first-class coaches, 165438 second-class coaches and 265 counselors. Qualified coaches shall participate in the corresponding level of training and teaching according to their levels. In addition, the association also selected 14 famous Tai Ji Chuan, 3 1 Tai Ji Chuan and 158 outstanding boxers in the first batch according to the standards, and published "Who's Who in Tai Ji Chuan" in Harbin. With the establishment of coaches and famous teachers at all levels, the Association has formed a team of teachers who can meet the needs of Tai Ji Chuan's technological development and played an important role in the development of Tai Ji Chuan.
Two, the secretary general should be the engine to start the work of the association.
The Secretariat is the working body of the Association, and the Secretary-General is the supervisor of the working body. All the work of the Association started and operated under the deployment, arrangement and promotion of the Secretary-General. The Secretariat of Harbin Tai Ji Chuan Association consists of five working departments: grass-roots work department, technical training department, competition activity department, scientific research propaganda department and office. The daily work of each department is generally started by each department under the arrangement of the Secretary General. Before the key work and large-scale activities of the Association begin, the Secretary-General should make detailed preparations and work plans, define tasks and start the preparatory work in an all-round way; Then convene a meeting of grassroots organizations, deploy activities, assign tasks, and start work. Besides making detailed preparations and work plans, it is particularly important to publicize the competition to the participating units and mobilize them to participate in the Tai Ji Chuan competition organized by the Association. After the notice and regulations are issued, we will not only publicize the competition on the website of the association, but also inform the pre-competition organization and training in various places, and arrange special personnel to launch and publicize the competition in two rounds of telephone publicity. At the same time, the leaders of local associations will be arranged to participate in the corresponding work of the event to mobilize the enthusiasm of all localities.
1. Organize the Tai Ji Chuan Competition.
Since its establishment in 2000, our Association has held 1 2 Tai Ji Chuan and Qigong competitions every year on average. Starting from 14, * * * held five city-wide Tai Ji Chuan competitions, three provincial Tai Ji Chuan championships, 1 provincial traditional martial arts competition, 1 northeast Tai Ji Chuan invitational tournament and three Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival Tai Ji Chuan invitational tournament; Undertaking three fitness Qigong competitions and two Tai Ji Chuan competitions of the elderly fitness conference in the city.
According to my working experience as a physical education teacher and director of the Sports Commission, since the establishment of the Association, all the Tai Ji Chuan competitions held and undertaken in previous years have been responsible for planning competitions, drafting notices, compiling rules, publicizing and launching, making plans, organizing preparations and directing operations. Combined with many years' experience in organizing sports competitions and the characteristics of sociality, mass and looseness of sports events in Tai Ji Chuan, this paper summarizes a set of competition methods and organization methods suitable for mass Tai Ji Chuan competitions, so that the held competitions can not only play the role of fair competition, exchange and improvement, but also have the significance of extensive participation and popularization of social sports. After careful planning, extensive launching, clear division of labor and careful organization, the competitions organized by the association have been a complete success. The number of participants in small competitions is above 1 1,000, and the number of participants in large competitions is above 2,500. The competition was organized in an orderly, standardized, smooth and fair manner, which was well received by the sports authorities and the participating teams. Planned and high-quality Tai Ji Chuan competitions have promoted the development of Tai Ji Chuan, enriched the cultural and sports life of boxers, promoted the improvement of Tai Ji Chuan's skills, and promoted the popularization and development of Tai Ji Chuan.
2. Organize large-scale Tai Ji Chuan performances.
As a sports social organization, organizing large-scale exhibition activities in a planned and regular way plays an important role in activating the cultural and sports life of fans, inspiring the spirit of fans, enhancing the centripetal force and cohesion of the association and promoting the popularization and development of the project. Since 2006, our association has held a series of city-wide Tai Ji Chuan exhibitions every spring. Generally speaking, exhibitions are held in two forms: city-wide festivals, Tai Ji Chuan activity month, Harbin summer, national fitness activity month or special activities of Tai Ji Chuan Association. According to the exhibition theme of the city, the number of participants is generally between 5000- 10000, which consists of group exercises and small-scale program performances. For example, the "Tai Ji Chuan Activity Month" held in 2005 was a 10,000-person Tai Ji Chuan exercise; In 2006, nearly 10,000 people participated in the Tai Ji Chuan exhibition in the heart-stricken area and donated 76,000 yuan to the disaster area. Celebrate the 2009 National Fitness Day Tai Ji Chuan Exhibition of Beijing Olympic Games; In 20 12, nearly 10,000 people participated in large-scale exhibition activities, such as "Tai Chi Introduction into Community Courtyards". Sub-district (county) performances are organized by district working committees or county (city) associations, with their own counseling stations participating, and organized on the principle of self-entertainment. Each counseling station has programs, and most boxers participate.
When organizing a series of exhibition activities, the Secretary-General should first formulate a detailed activity preparation plan, hold a secretariat meeting to study and pass it, organize a meeting of participating units to deploy citywide and regional activities, and rehearse the exhibition plan according to the exhibition plan. Secondly, hold a meeting before the city-wide performance, check the preparation, deploy the city-wide performance plan, and implement the organizational tasks one by one according to the performance process. Finally, on the day of the performance, organize venue division, podium installation, sound preparation, venue layout, team organization and so on.
To organize large-scale exhibition activities, the following five points should be achieved: first, careful planning; second, clear division of labor; third, all-round development; fourth, implementation in place; and fifth, effective organization.
3. The Secretary-General should be the propeller of the Association's work.
It is very difficult and important to plan and start social organization work, but the development and promotion process of all work is also very critical. The Secretary-General should not only carefully plan and comprehensively start the work of the Association, but also effectively organize and promote the work of the Association.
1. Carry out the work of Tai Ji Chuan entering the community courtyard in an all-round way.
20 1 1, the association carried out the instructions of the main leaders of the municipal party Committee to "create 1000 community courtyard stations in three years" and launched the activity of "Tai Ji Chuan entering the community courtyard" throughout the city. In order to carry out the creation work in an all-round way and ensure the completion of the creation task on schedule, through coordination with the Municipal Sports Bureau, it is determined that the Municipal Sports Federation is the lead department for the creation work, the association secretariat is the working department for the creation work, the district/county cultural and sports bureau is the assisting department, the street community is the coordinating department, and the district/county (city) association is the executive department. A coordination meeting was held to clarify their respective tasks, so that the creation work was supported and coordinated by relevant departments, making the creation work a social behavior.
The specific implementation department of the creation work is the existing Tai Ji Chuan Counseling Station of the Association. At the promotion meeting of community courtyard work in Tai Ji Chuan, the establishment indicators were deployed to all districts, counties (cities) and counseling stations, and the establishment of counseling stations was divided into four steps: first, investigate the existing active people in Tai Ji Chuan within the scope of counseling stations, and find out the distribution of streets, communities and courtyards within the scope of counseling stations; The second is publicity and contact, to publicize Tai Ji Chuan-related knowledge to scattered activists and communities in Tai Ji Chuan, and to carry out the significance of Tai Ji Chuan's entry into the community courtyard; The third is to establish sites, fill out forms and build sites in other active people and related communities; The fourth is to carry out activities, arrange coaches to train Tai Ji Chuan free of charge in the communities and activity points where the station is built, and gradually form a relatively fixed activity group.
Counseling stations in all districts and counties of the city should make active efforts to promote the work in a solid manner as required; The secretariat of the association is responsible for timely guidance and timely acceptance. The introduction of Taiji into the community compound is in-depth, solid and continuous. In the past three years, the city has established a total of 1038 community courtyard Tai Ji Chuan activity stations, and the Municipal Sports Bureau arranges special funds of 65,438+10,000 yuan each year to support the creation work. After Tai Chi Chuan worked in the community compound for three years, the counseling station of the association increased from 164 to 27 1, an increase of 65%; The number of trainees reached more than 30,000, a year-on-year increase of 54%. Greatly promoted the popularization and development of Tai Ji Chuan.
2. Adhere to the formation of the Association Tai Ji Chuan Performance Team.
According to the requirements of the old boxer, I organized the association's elderly performance team in 2004. Every Saturday, I start training from the systematic norms of Wushu basic skills and Tai Ji Chuan's basic routines. Two months later, I participated in several performances on behalf of the association, which had a certain performance effect. After a period of trial training and performance,
I feel that the existence of technical teams like performance teams has greatly promoted the training of technical talents in Tai Ji Chuan, Tai Ji Chuan Association and Tai Ji Chuan. In 2005, the Secretariat decided to form an association performance team. After testing and selecting a performance team of 65,438+000 people, I organized a more formal and systematic training of Tai Ji Chuan's basic skills and routines, and organized the training and rehearsal of China Taiji Kung Fu Fan, Sunset Beauty Taiji Kung Fu Fan, 36 Taiji Knife, Huawu Taiji Fan, Chen-style combination Tai Ji Chuan and Taiji Ju (65,438+). /kloc-In the past 0/0 years, nearly 100 performances have been performed for the opening ceremony of competition activities, large-scale exhibitions, exhibitions organized by grass-roots organizations, large-scale public welfare activities and festivals organized by sports authorities and other commercial activities, showing a high level of Tai Ji Chuan and the performance effect, well publicizing the associations in Tai Ji Chuan and Tai Ji Chuan, and playing a positive role in the development of Tai Ji Chuan in the city.
4. The Secretary-General should be the lubricant for coordinating relevant departments.
Sports social organizations are vulnerable groups, and every work of the association can not be separated from the leadership and support of the management department and the competent department, from the assistance and cooperation of relevant departments, and from the response and participation of grassroots organizations and members, otherwise nothing can be achieved. As the secretary-general of the association, he shoulders the contact and coordination between the association and relevant departments, and shoulders the close communication between the association and the upper and lower relations. With the help of my previous work in the sports department, in recent years, according to the needs of the association's work, I was responsible for contacting and communicating with the relevant departments of provincial and municipal sports bureaus and sports federations, keeping close contact with them, solving many specific problems and getting the support of the competent departments in work and funds. Whether the association has centripetal force depends on the president of the county (city) association, the director of the district working Committee and the stationmaster of the counseling station. As a secretary-general, he must have the courage to comprehensively manage and respond to all calls; They must also be close friends of leaders of grass-roots organizations and boxers, so that boxers can truly feel that the Secretary-General and Secretariat staff care about them, love them, help them, support them and serve them. With this emotional foundation, they will come to you with no worries if they have any difficulties or requirements, and will take the initiative to complete any work deployed by the association. The establishment of intimate relationship between superiors and subordinates lies in sincerity, trust and communication.
In addition to the above work, the Association publishes a monthly newspaper, Harbin Tai Ji Chuan, operates a website, Harbin Tai Ji Chuan, and edits and publishes seven sets of professional books in Tai Ji Chuan (among them, I edited Tai Ji Chuan Knowledge Quiz 1200 and Wheelchair Taiji Fan Chi); Actively join hands with enterprises, get the multi-year funding of 654.38+10,000 yuan per year from Sanjing Pharmaceutical of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, effectively use its own technical resources, earn hundreds of thousands of yuan per year, and get hundreds of thousands of yuan of economic support from sports authorities from different angles every year. The association has an office worth more than 2 million yuan, equipped with modern office equipment, and rents training venues for 40 thousand yuan every year to distribute morning exercises to more than 300 counseling stations in the city.
Tai Ji Chuan Association of Harbin has been developing and growing continuously under the leadership of sports authorities and civil affairs departments since its establishment 15 years ago. Now it has become a sports social organization with a large team, standardized organization and management, strong technical force and frequent activities, and has been rated as an advanced collective of national, provincial and municipal mass sports and an advanced unit of social organizations for many times.
20 10 was entrusted by the provincial sports bureau, with Tai Ji Chuan Association of Harbin as the team and Tai Ji Chuan Association of Heilongjiang Province established. Provincial and municipal associations have two brands in one institution and work in two aspects. Provincial and municipal associations complement each other, and grass-roots work and management work are organically combined, which has achieved good results. Under the leadership of provincial and municipal registration management departments and sports authorities, the two-level association will make further efforts to make the association a boxer's home.
