Unscientific training will affect fat consumption throughout the day; Improper diet affects the quality of sleep and reduces the help of exercise to reduce fat; Irregular sleep will affect appetite, reduce the recovery ability of the body and affect the level of exercise.

Exercise, diet and sleep can only influence and promote each other in the process of fitness, so as to achieve the goal of slimming at the most scientific and fastest speed.

In order to lose weight quickly in a short time, many people adopt the method of excessive dieting, which breaks the natural balance law of the body, and the final result is bound to be health damage. The desire for food during dieting makes the weight rebound.

Our weight consists of many factors, including muscle, fat, water and bones. Even intestinal gas can affect a person's weight change.

The three most important factors affecting weight are muscle, fat and water, and the increase or decrease of weight is the result of the interaction of these factors.

For example, fat and muscle decrease and water increase, which can increase weight; Increased fat, decreased muscle and water may also lead to weight loss. Therefore, losing weight does not mean losing fat, and losing weight does not necessarily mean losing fat; Reducing fat may not necessarily reduce weight.

Muscle loss can lead to weight loss, but muscle loss is not conducive to fat loss. Muscle content will directly affect the basal metabolic rate, that is, the calories consumed by our body at rest.

The less muscle content, the lower basal metabolic rate, the less calories consumed every day and the slower fat burning rate. In addition, our muscle content is directly related to insulin sensitivity. The less muscle content, the lower insulin sensitivity and the easier fat accumulation.

Therefore, long-term running partners, if lack of strength training, protein intake is too small, muscles will gradually lose.

Muscle grows, fat decreases, and weight still increases, because the density of muscle is much higher than that of fat. This also explains why some people don't look fat, but their weight is not light and can be maintained within a reasonable range.

Water has a great influence on weight. Due to the increase or decrease of water, the change of body weight can fluctuate around 5 kg. The simplest example is that after a sweaty run, the weight will suddenly drop, which is not the result of fat burning, but the result of water loss.

In order to avoid excessive muscle loss during fat reduction, it is also necessary to ensure adequate intake of protein. Ironically, many organizations or coaches claim that they can help you lose dozens of kilograms a month. This method is very harmful to health, losing mainly water and muscle, not fat.

Primitive stage

At this stage, you know nothing about fitness, and you don't know what is right or wrong. However, all your reactions are instinctive and natural.

When you see the runway, you will subconsciously run a few laps; When you see a dumbbell, you will subconsciously lift it a few times; Eating out, you will also eat less sweets to lose weight; When you feel tired, you will have a good sleep on weekends. At this stage, although some of your behaviors are not scientific, you are completely yourself. After all, your body is the most honest.

Mature stage

When you start to learn some fitness knowledge, you will gradually enter this stage. At this stage, you usually learn one or more training and eating methods.

Some people will learn weight training; Some people will learn to run or marathon; Others will learn unarmed training. Through these studies, you will master a lot of scientific fitness knowledge.

Natural stage

The natural stage is the last stage of fitness and the stage of returning to nature. After years of study and accumulation, you have mastered different training and eating methods, and you will realize that fitness is actually a very simple and happy thing.

You won't force yourself to go to the gym or outdoor training; Nor will you force yourself to weigh food to calculate calories; Will not over-control the diet. At this stage, you won't be bound by various forms. You know that there is no best exercise or diet, only the program that suits you best.

Everything is difficult at the beginning, but if you stick to it, you will eventually cross the uncomfortable area and succeed. Then you will have a new and expanded comfort zone, that is, you will become a "bigger" person.

The simple road, the best state of a person's life, is that the material is extremely simple and full of energy. The meaning of life is not what kind of people you know, but what kind of people you become.
