Ziyang Street Phoenix Society is located in the southeast of Ziyang Street. East to Binjiang Avenue: south to Feiyunjiang Road: west to Tao Qiu Road, north to 404 Railway Special Line, covering an area of 0.35 square kilometers, with 2,033 households and 5,396 people. 1April 1980, Timber New Village Neighborhood Committee was established;1June 1999, Tao Qiu Nanyuan Neighborhood Committee was established;1August 1999, Fenghuang Beiyuan Neighborhood Committee was established;1June 1988, Qiu Tong Neighborhood Committee was established. From June 5, 2000 to 10, the neighborhood committees of Muxin Village, Tao Qiu Nanyuan and Fenghuang Beiyuan merged into Phoenix Community. Phoenix Community is named after Phoenix Garden.
