I believe some people always think that the people who go to the gym for fitness training are rich people. Only rich people will go to the gym to get a card for fitness, but if you stay in the gym for a while, you will find that there are all kinds of people in the gym, whether they are workers on the construction site or white-collar workers in the office, and all kinds of people like fitness.

At present, most of our time is occupied by work, and many people's work is often closely related to their physical fitness. For example, many office white-collar workers often suffer from various cervical diseases because of sedentary, and the nature of each person's work will affect the fitness effect. Then, the workers on the construction site and the white-collar workers in the office will exercise at the same time. 1 year later, whose muscles will be stronger?

First, the gap of muscle dimension.

I believe that the construction site workers who have the economic conditions and time to go to the gym are mostly skilled workers, like many construction site workers who are purely coolies, who have no extra strength to do fitness training and do not have this economic condition. However, even skilled workers need to make great efforts to work on the construction site, and their content will be more than that of office white-collar workers. White-collar workers, however, may need to work in too few places every day, and their attitude towards the content of the entry is relative.

Second, the gap between muscle lines.

In our impression, many construction site workers are in good shape and have thinner muscles than ordinary people. Their body fat percentage is relatively low. After 1 year systematic fitness, their muscle content has been improved. At the same time, because their body fat rate is low, their muscles are more beautiful. 1 year fitness, white-collar workers may just be able to get started and haven't started brushing their fat yet.

Third, muscle growth efficiency.

Who has faster muscle growth efficiency, construction workers or white-collar workers? This needs to be analyzed from many aspects. If diet and rest can be consistent, their muscle growth efficiency is roughly the same, and the muscle content after 1 year will not be much different. However, it should be noted that site workers themselves need some physical labor, and their muscle strength is stronger than that of most white-collar workers, so site workers are stronger in fitness effect and muscle growth efficiency.

We can see that even fitness is not completely fair. Personal physique will affect the effect and muscle training efficiency after fitness. Of course, everyone's physique is different, and the gap between construction workers and white-collar workers is not just the above three points. But in any case, no matter what occupation and work you are engaged in, proper fitness and exercise are beneficial to your physical and mental health. Even if the workload is heavy every day, proper exercise often makes muscles easier to relax.
