Rules of weightlifting competition

1, trial hoisting sequence

Try to lift the lighter players first. When the net weight of the first trial hoisting is the same, hoist the smaller number first in the decision-making order. In the second and third attempts, if the net weights of the two attempts are the same, the order of the previous attempts shall be followed.

2. Aggravation principle

The net weight of dumbbells decreases gradually. The net weight of the trial lift must be 2.5KG, the speed of the record-breaking trial lift must be 0.5KG, and at least 2.5KG must be lifted after each successful trial lift. The net weight of dumbbells on the site shall not be less than 27±5kg.

3. Change the lifting weight

The competitor stipulates that the change of the net weight of the trial lift must be clearly put forward before the next nomination. If the card cannot be replenished in time, the coach or fitness athlete can verbally agree to change the net weight. However, the net weight of each attempt only changes twice.

4. Promotion time

After the recorder is nominated, a pause time of 1 minute is allowed. After 30 seconds, the signal will be sent. If the lifting attempt continues, an interval of 2 1 minute is allowed.
