Where do fitness beginners start?
Beginners should start with push-ups.

Push-ups are the most comprehensive physical exercise. If push-ups are done well, your vital capacity and physical strength will increase. After that, you can try long-distance running, pull-ups (carrying heavy objects), sit-ups (handstands) and fighting according to your personal preferences.

Push-ups can't be interrupted by beginners or exercisers. Beginners should do more, and non-novices can do it once every three or four days.
