Substation energy metering design shall meet the following requirements:
1, and the main incoming switch adopts multi-function ammeter. The electric meter shall have the function of monitoring three-phase current, voltage, active power, maximum demand of power factor, total harmonic content and active power measurement;
2. Each low-voltage outlet switch adopts ordinary electric energy meter. The electric meter shall have the functions of monitoring active power or current and measuring active power.
The electric energy metering design of the distribution system shall meet the following requirements:
1. Lighting sockets, electric heating equipment and outdoor landscape lighting of the lighting system of non-rental office buildings shall be measured by floor or area respectively;
2 office buildings, shopping malls and other public buildings with rental units and external rental boxes should be measured according to the evaluation unit; Wards and operating rooms in medical buildings, guest rooms and kitchens in hotel buildings, classrooms in school buildings, etc. It should be measured by floor or functional area. Electrical equipment in theaters, sports buildings, libraries and other public places should be measured according to the trunk system;
3. The measurement of the front-end equipment of the air conditioning system should be able to distinguish the chiller from the auxiliary water pump system. Multi-connected air-conditioning (heat pump) system is adopted, and when the outdoor unit corresponds to the management assessment unit, the multi-connected air-conditioning (heat pump) shall be measured separately;
4. Except for the substation designed by electric energy metering specified in this standard, the air-conditioning terminal and air-conditioning socket shall be metered by floor or partition; When there are rental units in the building and central air conditioning is used, a separate meter should be set at the end of the air conditioning in the area;
5. The electricity fee shall be measured according to the equipment categories with different functions, such as elevators, pumps, fans and outdoor landscape electricity consumption.
6. Electricity consumption in special areas such as information center, laundry room, kitchen and dining room, swimming pool and gym should be measured by region.
