Cabbage, eggs, noodles, milk and apples. If I had to choose, I would choose cabbage, apples and skim milk. Occasionally, I eat eggs and noodles as my staple food. Eat less. Eggs are low in calories but high in fat. In view of the unbalanced nutritional intake of dieting and weight loss, it is more appropriate to eat two cabbage apples a week. Skim milk may not taste so good, but it is the best for people who lose weight.
