In this case, if we suddenly drink a lot of water, on the one hand, it is because our bodies suddenly can't absorb so much water.

On the other hand, because in the process of fitness exercise, our body will lose a lot of water and a lot of inorganic salts with the loss of water.

When the water in our body suddenly increases, but the content of inorganic salts cannot be increased, then the content of inorganic salts in our internal environment will be greatly reduced, which is likely to cause a water poisoning in our body, thus greatly affecting our health.

The correct way should be to drink water several times after fitness, and it is best not to drink white water. If possible, you'd better drink some sports drinks or something.

2. Lie down and rest immediately after fitness.

If we lie down and rest immediately after fitness, the blood circulation in our body is likely to be strongly affected, which will make our blood pressure rise sharply, and the blood will not return to the heart effectively. It may also make our heart beat faster, which may lead to gravity shock or other diseases.
