Wen: I'm Su Yan.
Buddha is made by people!
In the morning, a disciple of the Buddha who has been with the Buddha for many years, together with her second sister, cleaned the dishes for the Buddha. I can't help but think that in a big temple in Xi 'an, all the utensils used for Buddha are special, without exception, the big pots are special, the dishes are special and the towels are special. In order to distinguish it from other vessels, there is an "F" on the special vessel.
At this time, there were hot water in two cauldrons to clean the pots and pans reserved for 23 people at noon. A brother brought a bucket of small dishes and washed them with clear water. I can't help but sigh that Buddha also has a hierarchical ladder. The small temple in this remote mountain village is treated differently from the big temple in the big city and the Buddha with the same title.
In fact, people are different!
Buddha is artificial!
No matter whether the Buddha is made of gold, silver, copper, mud, grass or ash, it is all imagined by people. Every sculptor is shaping a Buddha with self-subjective consciousness in his own way according to his own opinions. He is optimistic, and the Buddha statues under him seem to be smiling; He is angry, and so is his Buddha statue.
The phase is born from the heart, and the image is born from the heart.
Temples with financial resources will spend a lot of money to buy exquisite and high-grade Buddha statues, and build luxurious palaces and pavilions for them, supporting houses in the courtyard, houses for grain circulation, morning bells and drums, and exotic fruit-offering foods, all of which show their dignity.
If you don't have the financial resources, build a small house with red bricks, set a table with cement, invite a small clay statue of Buddha, pull a piece of yellow cloth, and put an inconspicuous small incense burner in front of the statue of Buddha. Put an ugly merit box on the earth and you will be happy with it.
Regardless of the size of the temple and the value of the Buddha statue, the function is the same. They can protect peace, protect everything, get what they want and follow people's wishes.
Buddha is a panacea, and its efficacy is ten million times stronger than the most expensive medicine in pharmacies. Many pharmacies are sick and can't find good prescriptions. For example, those who have a successful career, are promoted and made a fortune, have a safe family, are in good weather, and beg for rain and sunshine can't ask others. Only by asking for Buddha can you get everything you want.
Regardless of the size of the temple and the value of the Buddha statue, the function is the same. They can protect peace, protect everything, get what they want and follow people's wishes.
There are more and more followers of Buddhism, and the temples are getting better and better. The status of Buddha's messenger, Buddha's spokesman and master is getting higher and higher. Believers have to bargain for anything they buy every day. But I dare not care about the doctor. If I get sick, I have to spend money. I can't help it, no matter how expensive it is. This is a very helpless thing. They are willing to pay for the temple, regardless of gains and losses, no regrets. They don't want to show their faces on the monument of fame, so that future generations will remember it forever. After all, they just want to buy peace of mind: I have paid for the Buddha statue, and the Buddha will surely bless me to get what I want.
Rather than willing to pay, it is equivalent exchange, in exchange for a peace of mind and a wish.
Believing in Buddhism is a kind of belief, and believing in Buddhism can bring all good things. Non-believers should not judge the good or bad, right or wrong beliefs of Buddhist believers.
The ancients cloud, the letter is there; If you don't believe it, you will.
Belief is a kind of life pursuit of the world and also a kind of psychological comfort. Believe in Buddhism, Christ, Jesus, God and yourself. As long as you are committed to goodness, truth, mutual affection and beauty, I believe anyone deserves respect and understanding.
This is a kind of sleep.
There are three realms in life, one thing, two spirits and three souls.
Material is the basic living condition, and the expenses of food, clothing, housing, transportation, money, horses and chariots, fame and fortune are all within this range. What the world is alive and needs to be satisfied is the fundamental condition of secular desires. With material abundance, spiritual yearning is slowly born.
Some people fall in love with fitness, dancing, swimming, riding hiking yoga; Some people fall in love with art, painting, photography, writing, paper-cut piano and guzheng; Someone fell in love with tourism and traveled all over the motherland; Someone fell in love. ...
When the spiritual pursuit reaches a certain level, there will be a higher level of pursuit. What are you born for? Where did you die? Through this pass, standing on the top of the mountain and looking back at all sentient beings, no matter right or wrong, crying, joys and sorrows, can see through and let go. Since then, we have never been happy with things, not sad about things, knowing life and then dying, knowing death and then being born, and everything is indifferent.
I'm old, I'm back, and everything goes with the flow.
This is an enlightenment.
Life is only a hundred years, and a drop in the ocean is fleeting. You don't have to be persistent, and you don't have to wake up to know.
It is the best policy to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset and laugh at the ups and downs of life.
