First, the small dumbbell
I usually use small dumbbells, mainly to make the falling fat tighter, so I didn't buy a big one. I use a small dumbbell of 1kg, which looks quite small, but it is actually enough for girls.
Dumbbells are not expensive, but if you don't want to spend money, you can buy that kind of 1.5L mineral water, which is similar in weight and exercise effect.
For action, there are many searches on the Internet. If you exercise your forearms and back, choose 4 to 5 movements that suit you. One group comes around 10, and two or three groups at a time can basically see the effect in five days.
Second, a chair.
Chairs and walls are actually good fitness tools. The usage of the chair is mainly to put your back to the chair, put your hands on the chair, support your body, move up and down and exercise your arm strength.
Shooting is even simpler, equivalent to a vertical flat bracket. Inside the wall, your hands support your body, your legs retreat, and your body stays up and down.
These two movements not only exercise the arms, but also stretch and expand the chest and back.
Third, the elastic rope
This thing was recommended by a friend of mine who keeps fit all the year round. There are many elastic ropes, and different weights can be changed according to the movement stage.
In fact, the usage is similar to that of dumbbells, with more movements than dumbbells, but I don't know how to use it very well myself.
In addition to the above three suggested sports tools, if possible, it is best to go to the gym and exercise under the guidance of a professional coach.
