I am a personal trainer.

We are happy to chat with members and give them simple guidance, but we have no energy to make targeted fitness plans for everyone.

We also charge because the scheme we make is very targeted, the most scientific and efficient, and one-on-one service.

But ordinary members ask us questions, and we have an obligation to satisfy him as much as possible.

Members who often exercise have a good relationship with us and often practice together, but we may have reservations about the most critical technology. After all, this is our job.

It is true that coaches only enter the gym a few years in advance, but not everyone can become a coach after practicing for a few years. We have accumulated knowledge and experience that ordinary people do not have, including anatomy, kinematics and so on.

You can communicate with the coach more, ask if you don't understand, what you have learned is your own knowledge, and you are willing to answer.
