There are 10 items in the physical examination of women's volleyball team, including body mass index, sitting forward, 30m running, vertical jump, maximum strength of squat, maximum strength of bench press, pull-ups, abdominal endurance, back endurance and 300m running, and each item is scored as per the scoring standard.
Except that the body mass index is equivalent to the physical examination data, others are physical fitness tests.
The players generally said that it is easy to test the endurance of back muscles and abdominal muscles, and the upper body is prone or supine on the flat to test the static level of the players.
The standard of 30-meter sprint: less than or equal to 4.5 seconds is 10, and more than 5.2 seconds is 0, and the best result is taken twice. This event is not difficult for many women volleyball players, many of whom get full marks at one time.
The standard of 3000 meters running is greater than 14 minutes and 30 seconds is 0, 14 minutes and 30 seconds is 1, 13 minutes and 30 seconds is 2, and so on.
The 3000-meter race is still very difficult for women volleyball players. Many women's volleyball players expressed their worries before the test, including Li Yingying, Ding Xia and other national team members, who said in an interview that it was more difficult to run 3000m.
At the end of the final test, most of the players' scores were concentrated in the range of 13 to 14 minutes.
The worst item in this physical fitness test is pull-ups. This pull-up test is very strict, the body can't swing, and the chin is completely across the bar. The scoring standard is less than 13 times, 18+07 times, 1 minute, more than 35 times,1minute.
Generally speaking, the higher the height, the longer the arm distance, and the more difficult it is to do pull-ups. In addition, women's body fat rate is higher than that of men, and their muscle strength is weaker than that of men, so pull-ups are more difficult for women. Most of the players failed to score in the pull-up test and failed to meet the minimum score standard of 13 pull-ups. The best test result is Wu Han of Jiangsu team, who finished 16.
In fact, the standard of pull-ups is a bit high. Readers with certain fitness experience know that the 35 pull-up standards, not to mention the world men's volleyball team and women's volleyball team, are absolutely not available among the world's 7 billion people, and it is impossible to achieve them without long-term special training. It is really difficult for women volleyball players to meet this standard. It should be a reasonable standard to reduce the perfect score to about 20 points. Of course, the standard is the same for all players, and the purpose of finding the gap through testing will not change.
All the girls in the 3000-meter women's volleyball team have passed the exam, and the results are still good. Most of them can run to 14 minutes. What do you think of men's soccer?
If you don't need to take the 3000m test for football, volleyball seems to be farther away from 3000m, which is much smaller than the volleyball court of 18*9 and the football field of 105*68.
