Chinese medicine eye massage 1: cover your eyes

Chinese medicine eye massage II: Turn your eyes.

Sit up straight, look straight ahead, and keep your head still. Straighten your right arm completely to the right, lift it to shoulder height, keep your arm straight and fully extended, move in an arc to the middle of your head, and swing your index finger to make your eyes roll to the far right, then go up to the top of the eye socket, then to the far left and then to the bottom of the eye socket.

The eyeball stays at each position for one second, starting from 6 times and gradually increasing to 10 to 12 times. Then repeat this action with your left hand and turn your eyes in the opposite direction. When you rotate a lot, your eyes tend to be a little sour, but when you open your eyes, you will feel very clear.

Chinese medicine eye massage III: eyes looking straight.

Sit up straight, keep your head still, stretch your right arm forward as far as possible, palm up, forefinger outward and upright, then move your forearm to point your finger at your nose, and keep your eyes on your forefinger when your forefinger touches your nose.

Then the arms and fingers return to their original positions, and the eyes return to their original positions. Do it 6 times a day at first, and gradually increase it to 10 to 12 times a day.
