List of necessary shelters
1, essential items. First, prepare a suitcase at home. After receiving the quarantine notice, pack up your things immediately, pull up your suitcase and leave, which is convenient and quick. Necessary items mainly include ID cards, mobile phones, chargers, masks and so on. These are all things you must carry when you go out now, so don't leave them behind. If it is convenient, you can bring a fully charged charging treasure with a larger capacity to prevent power failure or charger damage.

2. clothes. Prepare 1 warm coat. The quarantine notice was received at midnight 12. At 2 o'clock, the driver called downstairs and waited on the road for nearly 1 hour. Fortunately, I was wearing a down jacket, otherwise I really caught a cold. Also prepare 2 sets of clothes, underwear, socks, etc. Try to wear long sleeves for underwear, and you can wear them directly as pajamas. Isolation points generally provide disposable slippers, and you can bring a pair of sandals and slippers when washing your feet and taking a shower. If you don't trust the sheets and quilts at the isolation point, you can bring your own set, which is safer to use.

3. food. The isolation point will provide basic meals and drinking water, and there is no need to prepare too much food. However, when they first move into the shelter, the staff may not have time to prepare meals, so they should bring some food that can temporarily satisfy their hunger, such as 2 bottles of water, bread, salted eggs, ham and sausage. In addition, you can bring some snacks you like, such as fruit and coffee. It's better to bring a thermos cup. It's more convenient to drink hot water.

4. daily necessities. The isolation point will provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel and other items. If you don't want to use what they provide, you can bring your own toiletries, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, cups, facial cleanser, shampoo, shower gel, towels and so on. Roll paper, paper extraction and women's physiological products should also be prepared, and you can also bring a few hangers and clips to facilitate drying clothes. Friends who are sensitive to the environment can prepare earplugs and eye masks, which is conducive to improving sleep.

5, disinfection protective equipment. First of all, you should prepare more masks, preferably N95 masks, and wear them when you open the door to take meals, take your temperature and collect nucleic acids. Followed by alcohol, hand sanitizer, 84 disinfectant or disinfectant wipes, these items are mainly used for disinfection and sterilization of personal rooms and articles. Although the isolation point will be disinfected regularly, we can't relax, especially every time we open the door to take meals or do nucleic acid, we must do a good job of disinfection just in case.

6. Drugs. If you have a basic disease, you must prepare the drugs you need, and you can prepare more; Other common drugs such as cold medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, diarrhea medicine, band-aid, iodophor cotton swab, etc. Everything is ready. Generally, there are thermometers at isolation points, so we'd better take an electronic thermometer to measure the temperature at any time.

7. Office entertainment supplies. During the period of isolation, mentality is also very important. Try not to worry, keep a happy mood and face everything with a relaxed attitude. You can bring office equipment such as notebooks and tablets for work and entertainment. Take some books. Reading is a good way to kill time and enrich knowledge when you are bored. You can also bring simple fitness products such as skipping rope.
