After all, it is not easy for ordinary young people to get up so early. Yoda said that he often participates in road races, most of which are held in the early hours of the morning. His friend suggested that professional athletes should train in the morning, because they should adapt to the competition conditions. He said that he had read a report that running in the morning could burn 20% more fat than usual. He wants to do better.

Running has made many good friends and encouraged common progress. Yuda, who lives in Banqiao, used to run in Bade Park nearby, but because he was afraid of bumping into his older brothers and sisters who exercised early, he took the advice of one older brother and switched to the playground next to Juguang Primary School, so that he could run smoothly and avoid crowds from time to time. As for running in the primary school playground or stadium, he will run in circles, just like Wu Dong Ma Chao ran dozens of times around the playground, but he will make arrangements to run 5K back and forth to balance his side and ankle, because circles are always impacted and worn. Besides running and fitness, Yuda used to ride a bike, from mountain bike to road bike. He tends to take safer exercise methods. However, he said that he still prefers running, because it is relatively safer, because he often sees friends riding bicycles in car accidents or accidents, mostly when riding downhill on mountain roads. Usually running, Yoda said that he often does training with his friends, doing high-intensity training at a speed of 4 minutes in Binjiang Park, and doing some intermittent training for heart and lungs when he wants to participate in the competition, instead of running casually all the time. As for Nike Running Club, Yoda said that she had signed up for the event since she opened the store. Because his strong and handsome appearance is too eye-catching, he was chosen as the team leader by Nike staff. After that, if Nike holds a running activity, it will also invite Yoda to participate through a public relations company. Like the popular girls' road running, in addition to male artists, he will also find some excellent runners from non-governmental organizations as walkers, and the excellent Yoda is of course one of them. Although he often participates in road races, Yuda, who cherishes feathers, doesn't often run the whole horse. So far, she has participated in no more than 10 games. Yoda often participates in half races now, because he runs at least 10K every day. He says he runs to keep his posture, not to pursue achievements. However, he is also proud to say that he runs like this every day and maintains his basic endurance. He can play with a little training before the game without special training. If you really want to break PB, then you should adjust the training mode according to your physical condition at that time.

As for fitness, Yoda said that he always goes to the gym after work, only two or three times a week for about an hour at a time. The point is that he will find a partner to practice with. When practicing, he can chat with each other in addition to helping each other, and the training parts will be evenly allocated. He won't practice it all at once. He practices at most two parts a day. Don't practice only part of it all the time. This will make the body lines look more symmetrical. When he was young, Yuda was obsessed with fitness, and his figure was too big. But now, he says, he deliberately makes himself less muscular and pursues the lines of his figure. He occasionally goes to yoga classes to stretch his body, purify his mind and relieve mental stress. He said that running is an impact exercise, which will make you breathless, so you need to take yoga classes occasionally to calm down and relax, which can supplement your spiritual food. Of course, yoga also has difficult courses, and he suggested starting from the primary stage.

Exercise is the source of vitality for a day. As for Yoda, sports are the source of vitality for a day. He must arrange his own exercise every day, and even if he went to bed late the day before, he will definitely let himself go for a morning run. He said that his goal was to run 10,000 meters every day. If he really can't reach it, he must run six or seven kilometers. He said that he likes to run and sweat, put the stress behind him, and then take a bath and start the day's energy to go to work. He feels refreshed after exercise, and when the supervisor sees you, he thinks you are more energetic than other colleagues. Yuda, who likes to make herself perfect, thinks that sportswear is also very important. Wearing good-looking sportswear will also make you more motivated visually. Now sportswear is beautifully made, and he likes to see new products of various brands. Nowadays, the more fashionable runners are, the more pleasing they are, instead of running in underwear.

For Yoda, although he can run by himself, he prefers the feeling of exercising with his companions. He likes to participate in various running occasions, and will run happily with ordinary citizens and practice secretly with professional runners. Running in an activity like NRC is easy and casual. If you want to pursue speed, find professional runners to encourage each other, and you can also make your progress faster. Of course, he said that he can't run as well as some elite athletes, but it is also a very * * * thing that running can pursue progress. For a novice runner, he also thinks it is important to call friends. One person has less motivation to run. If a group of people urge each other together, you will soon feel the so-called "runner's pleasure".
