3. Dumbbells: Sit on the weight-lifting bed, stand up straight with your feet together, hold a dumbbell in each hand, and extend your arms downward. Turn the wrist so that the palm faces the thigh, with one elbow as the pivot, and the other arm is slowly raised to shoulder height. Slowly return to the initial position, and then repeat the exercise with the other arm.
