Fight in fitness circle
Whether in the fitness circle or bodybuilding circle, professional bodybuilders or amateur bodybuilders, the ultimate pursuit is the same thing, muscle. For bodybuilders, it can be said that it is painstaking to build strong muscles. Even many bodybuilders sacrifice their health for strong muscles. For ordinary bodybuilders, there are three main requirements for muscle strength: regular strength training, adequate nutrition and protein, and finally good sleep quality.

However, even bodybuilders with more training frequency and weaker fitness talent have their own muscle growth limits. After reaching this limit, no matter how you train, you won't increase your muscles. In order to gain muscle better, many bodybuilders have to use drugs to improve their muscle gain efficiency. So what is the difference between the muscles of drug exercisers and ordinary exercisers?

First, the difference in muscle building efficiency.

It must be said that although there have been many criticisms in the industry about drug fitness, it is undeniable that the muscle building efficiency of drug bodybuilders is indeed higher than that of ordinary bodybuilders, and it is also much higher. Take steroid drugs alone. If ordinary people want to improve their body's steroid hormones, they need to constantly train large muscle groups, while drug bodybuilders are relatively simple, and they can get much higher steroid hormones than ordinary bodybuilders with a simple needle, so the efficiency of muscle training will naturally not be low.

Second, the gap in muscle shape.

From the point of view of muscle morphology, it is easy to understand that the muscles of drug exercisers are stronger and have higher muscle content than those of ordinary exercisers. After excluding some excellent talents, many exercisers have reached the limit after several years of fitness, and no matter how they exercise, they will not make much progress. And drug addicts, muscles are generally larger, or even exaggerated. The effect of drugs makes them gain muscle.

Third, the gap in physical health.

Of course, everything has advantages and disadvantages. In addition to getting stronger muscles and more muscle content, the health of drug bodybuilders will also be greatly affected. After all, I believe everyone knows the law of conservation of energy. Although drug bodybuilding also requires hard training, in contrast, the way they acquire muscles is simpler, which will naturally cause some harm to their bodies.

So for us ordinary bodybuilders, fitness is more for hobbies, and we can neither make money nor benefit, so simple fitness training without drugs is good. As for those bodybuilders who take drugs, they actually know the disadvantages of taking drugs themselves, but they must think they can get some other benefits from it before they continue to take drugs. Right and wrong, there is no need to evaluate them.

Do you think it is necessary to use drugs for fitness?
