Relaxation is stretching, not softening contraction, and the body will relax smoothly, thus achieving relaxation, tranquility and naturalness.
Silence is produced by concentration, and spirit is internal. Only when you are calm can you feel at ease, and then you can give full play to your instinct to adjust the natural balance of your body. Static is not static thinking. The requirement in acrobatics is nothing more than distraction, concentration, replacing all thoughts with one thought and excluding all external interference. Don't be too nervous, try to be quiet and don't pursue it in other ways. The six-character formula is to seek quietness in motion, to promote static gas production in motion, and to promote smooth blood circulation in the body by static gas.
Law returns to nature. Nature is a regular movement, and the coordination and balance of movement is the embodiment of the law of natural development. The movement of any object must conform to the natural law of coordination and balance in order to exist and develop. Contrary to nature, there will be chaos and deviation, and even stop and die. Because the movement of the universe has always maintained overall coordination and balance, the universe has no beginning and no end, and it is eternal. The effect of invigorating qi is natural. Nature can only be realized under static conditions. The purpose of health preservation is to prolong life. In dealing with things in daily life, we should also pay attention to "sex", so the Doctrine of the Mean says: Emotion is not in the middle, but in the middle.
So the gas of neutralization is nature. Nature is balance. Always keep the harmonious balance of life activities, and naturally you will live longer. Relaxing the nature is not only the process of practice, but also the purpose of practice.
Second, breathing exercises: Six-character formula is one of the important links of practice, that is, by adjusting breathing, spit out the poison of viscera and inhale the clarity of heaven and earth. The six-character formula belongs to the breathing method. People's breathing activities are dominated by the autonomic nervous system and can be controlled and regulated. Respiratory activity has a wide influence on all aspects of human physiology, and it is extremely important to regulate the whole body function through respiratory activity.
The six-character formula is to breathe along the abdomen. When exhaling, slightly lift the perineum (abdomen, anus and kidney), and the diaphragm rises to remove turbid qi. When inhaling, gently close your lips, your tongue touches the palate, your perineum relaxes, and your abdomen naturally bulges. Breathe deeply, thin and evenly, strengthen respiratory function and promote pulmonary circulation. At the same time, strengthen abdominal self-massage, improve abdominal blood circulation, enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis, and strengthen food digestion and nutrient absorption. Consciously exhaling is active, naturally relaxing when inhaling, so that the nervous system can be relaxed to the maximum extent.
Third, pay attention to the exercise of the mouth when pronouncing: the movement inside the zang-fu organs and the operation of the meridians are influenced by different forces inside and outside the human body. When exhaling, different mouth shapes can produce different shapes and positions of lips, tongue, teeth and throat, thus causing different internal pressures in the chest and abdominal cavity, affecting different zang-fu organs. Ancient health experts summed up six universes from long-term practice, which affected the qi and blood circulation of different organs through mouth shape, thus achieving the effect of treating diseases and strengthening the body.
Years of clinical experience has proved that when you start learning, you must make a sound, which can make your breathing smooth and you can correctly master your mouth shape through pronunciation. Because of the different mouth shapes, the lips, tongue, teeth, throat, opening, closing, semi-closing and semi-opening are very different. It is precisely because of this different pronunciation mode that we can distinguish the horn, sign, uterus, quotient and feather on China's pentatonic scale, and coordinate the relationship among the five internal organs of liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney. If you don't talk, there will be no five tones, no mouth shape, and then you will lose the therapeutic effect of the six-character regimen.
When I was in clinical application, I tried it alone, and the effect of vocalization was faster than that of no vocalization, so I decided to vocalize at the beginning of training, and it was easy to master the mouth shape when vocalizing. I named it wind breathing. Practice abdominal breathing with regular mouth, naturally breathe deeply and long, go deep into the abdomen from the chest, mobilize the true qi, come naturally, and be silent on purpose. Generally speaking, they will be silent for half a month or a month. At this time, you will feel an air flow passing up and down, some feel hot, some feel cold, some feel bloated, and some feel relaxed.
Fourth, the guiding action should be gentle and complete. Make the movement speed consistent with the exhalation speed and be dominated by qi, so as to achieve the motto of "Qi is a marshal, hands and feet are soldiers".
Fifth, in the initial stage of practice, don't emphasize guiding spirit with intention, and don't emphasize following spirit. With the improvement of movement skills and relaxation degree, after the initial running route of meridians is determined, the sense of qi will naturally occur in practice and remain in the spirit. With the pronunciation, qi will run in the meridians, which will be natural.
This is the theory of Taiji Chuan. When practicing Qigong, "familiarity" means breathing nature, and "familiarity" means "don't encourage others", so don't rush for success. We should pay special attention to this commandment, because people who are in a hurry will be slow, so Confucius repeatedly said and shouted bluntly. Mencius' metaphor of pulling out seedlings to encourage others.
Sixth, the order of the six characters in the six-character square is arranged according to the five elements theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It affects the improvement or aggravation of the disease and should not be reversed. Practice in order. Liver belongs to wood, spring wood is flourishing, and the four seasons are headed by spring, so it is in line with the weather to practice Shuzi first and get quick results. Wood can make a fire, the heart belongs to fire, and practicing the word "H" can replenish the heart. Then refine the words to replenish the spleen, which belongs to the soil and is born by fire. After practicing the word "nothing", you can practice the word "Shu", which can replenish your lungs. Lung belongs to gold and is born in spleen soil. After practicing the word "Shu" and then practicing blowing the word, you can tonify the kidney and benefit the qi. Kidney belongs to water and is born in lung gold. After practicing blowing words, the qi of the five internal organs is nourished. The triple energizer governs qi, and with the skill of cross talk, qi and blood of the whole body can be regulated without getting sick.
The six-character formula can also be used for reinforcing and reducing according to the individual physical condition and the actual situation of the disease. Practice first in order, and then practice a word individually in a targeted way; For decades, we have received gratifying results in clinical application.
