How to practice abdominal muscles in the gym
Abdominal muscles include rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis and oblique abdominis. It also includes the attached pectoralis major muscle and iliopsoas muscle. Abdominal training includes: sit-ups, counterweight resistance training, pull-ups, belly rolling, abdominal wheel training, static dumbbell training, strength bicycle training, yoga, belt stretching training, pilates and so on. Specifically, rectus abdominis training is mainly sit-ups, pull-ups, anti-load training and so on. If you want to practice transverse abdominal muscles and oblique abdominal muscles, you can add strength bicycles, abdominal mating resistance training, yoga and so on. If you want to practice pectoralis major and iliopsoas, you can add abdominal wheel training and pilates training.
