I've been thinking a lot about life recently, whether it's reading books on psychology, reading biographies of others, or the changes of people around me in recent years. I realized that as long as I don't look at life from the time dimension of a certain moment, I will live in the present for a relatively long time unit, and my attitude towards the process has changed greatly.
1. From the time dimension of a certain moment, I tend to be obsessed with the pros and cons of that moment, and my inner feelings at this moment may be covered up or queued because of the interference of many factors.
2. From a relatively long time unit, we will always keep this goal in mind, and what happens in the process seems to become less important and less flustered. As the meanest sentence I have ever seen, "Life is a marathon, and the seed players should stick to it".
Second, reading.
I recently watched Iron Man in Silicon Valley and watched 80% of the games that changed the world. Let's record some feelings.
1, self-confidence comes from yourself, believe in yourself. What others can do, I can do it with enough effort, and I can even think about how to do it better.
2. Improve your concentration. Actively focus on learning, so as to quickly master things that have not been mastered but are in urgent need of learning, and avoid being attracted to passive learning.
3. Cultivate the ability to fight. If you choose a challenge, it will never be smooth sailing. It is precisely because many people are unwilling to do it or have many difficulties that they have not been completed by others.
4. Think about dreams. People with big dreams will never lose their goals, and they will have a sense of mission to take you forward. It is not easy to lose yourself at a certain stage and break down big dreams into small goals.
5. The characteristics, goals, rules, feedback system and voluntary participation of the game are not just electronic games that people were addicted to before, but a self-feedback mechanism that people re-recognize. As long as they actively design, they can play a positive role and help them persist in difficult times.
Third, self-discipline
After the bad physical feedback, I began to realize how bad my previous routine was, so I began to adjust my routine, control my diet, and began to go to the gym and swim. I'm glad I still have time to realize this problem. Originally, I thought that freedom meant living in the present as I please. Later, I found that self-discipline can give me real freedom.
Finally, I hope I can always think and summarize, and I can also adhere to a self-disciplined fitness diet. As for what I am confused about at the moment, let curiosity and time answer it.
