Did you inadvertently see something or something you shouldn't have seen?
A few years ago, I was a factory security guard.

Once, at about midnight 1 1, I went to the canteen and saw a figure in it. I wondered, thinking: At this time, the kitchen staff have already left work, how can there be anyone inside? So, I became wary. When I took a closer look, I was shocked. It turned out to be one of my security colleagues.

Because of the dim light, I only saw him sneaking around, and I couldn't see clearly what was in his arms, which was bulging.

He walked out of the canteen and looked around for fear that someone around him would see him. I know this is definitely not a glorious thing. So, while he didn't find me, I quickly dodged.

..... he came out with his "trophy". I followed him and watched his every move quietly until I saw him put his things away.

After midnight, I took advantage of him to go to the toilet and hurried to the place where he hid things and quietly looked at what he took. It turned out to be a lunch box filled with dried mushrooms. I'd better keep quiet, don't break things, and let him take them home. He was able to take things home smoothly because no one checked the trunk of the security guard, only the security guard checked the trunk of the off-duty workers.

Actually, I'm not completely irresponsible. I still have the minimum professional ethics. In order to make myself a security guard, not to lose things in the factory again, and not to easily discredit my colleagues, I came up with a way to kill two birds with one stone and greet the foreman in the canteen privately. I put forward a small suggestion to this little leader: let him lock the door of the tea room in time after work every time. The reason I told him is not what I saw, but that there are many migrant workers living in the factory compound, and the personnel are complicated. Our security guards can't wait for you in the canteen all the time, so naturally there is no guarantee that they will never lose anything.

This matter is always in a sealed box. I'm scared to think of it now. Why? I was afraid that if I hadn't calmed down, didn't look at who it was first, but shouted to catch the thief, it would have been bad. That will not only lose his job, but also ruin his reputation. Fortunately, I held my breath and solved the matter satisfactorily in the best way. It is not only conducive to safe work, but also protects the personal dignity of colleagues.

Conclusion: It is very important for anyone to think twice before acting.
