Physical changes after half a month of exercise and fitness
I have been working out for half a month. In the past half a month, I have done 10 minutes of dumbbell exercises at home every morning to exercise my arms and waist. After 30 minutes, I used a treadmill or elliptical machine to reduce fat in the community gym.

In the past two months, the diet has also been relatively moderate. Usually, we try to reduce oil and salt as much as possible, and strictly control the intake of high-calorie things such as frying, milk tea and ice cream.

Because you have to get up early in the morning to exercise, you have to go to bed early at night. People who go to bed early and get up early will be especially energetic. Going out to breathe fresh air in the morning and then exercising in an empty gym and enjoying the quiet morning time feel particularly good, as if time was stolen.

Although it only lasted for half a month, the physical changes were very obvious.

First of all, I lost 8 Jin, and my body was much lighter.

Secondly, the circumference of many parts of the body is much smaller, such as big arms, waist, thighs and buttocks.

Thirdly, regular exercise brings a sense of accomplishment, and regular and quantitative exercise every day can make you feel in control of your life.

It takes time to form a habit, and I believe I can stick to it until exercise becomes as natural as breathing, eating and sleeping every day.

The same is true of reading. There must be a soul and a body on the road.
