Long-term fitness muscles do not increase.
There are two kinds of fitness, one is strength type and the other is aesthetic type.

1. If you want to make your muscles look bigger, you can do special push-ups. The feet are higher than the shoulders, and the lowest point of push-ups on the shoulders is lower than the palms. You can do this push-up with the help of a table and two benches, but be safe. This kind of push-ups can be effective for one hour every day for one month, but such muscles can't increase strength.

2. Eat more high-protein foods such as eggs, lean meat, beef and milk (but don't eat anything that increases muscle powder).
