The methods are: 1, running, you can run in the park or track and field, the running distance is determined by yourself, from short to long, preferably three times a week, and do some stretching after each run.
2. If you think running is too boring, you can take part in some sports, such as skipping rope, badminton (doubles is easier), table tennis, half-court basketball and so on. But the landlord knows how to distribute physical strength reasonably and don't fly as soon as you play.
If the landlord has money, go to the gym to do some aerobic exercise. I believe the coach there can give you good advice.
