At the same time, aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that conforms to the structural characteristics of human body, and its exercise amount and intensity are very suitable for popularization in society. It can help people fully move all parts of the body, at the same time, it can also play a very good role in shaping the body, meet people's pursuit of beauty and enhance people's artistic charm.

First, the origin and development of aerobics

Aerobics sprouted in the early 1960s, with a history of only over 40 years. Because it is easy to learn, entertaining and suitable for all ages, it has high practical value in fitness, health care and medical treatment, so it is deeply loved by people and has become one of the most respected fitness programs in the world in a short time.

Aerobics is developed on the basis of various gymnastics schools in Europe, drawing lessons from the basic movements of oriental gymnastics and the rhythm and movements in African dance. Its appearance has changed people's understanding of traditional physical exercise. No longer a single boring physical exercise, more people began to experience beauty and happiness from this sport. As early as the mid-1980s, there were millions of people doing aerobics in France, and there were nearly a thousand fitness centers of different grades in Paris alone. In Britain, millions of people follow the guidance of TV coaches to do aerobic exercise every morning. The United States is the hometown of modern aerobics, and it is also a hot spot for the development of aerobics. About 20 million people in the United States are engaged in aerobics, and thousands of health clubs and gyms have been established. The United States also held the Alobec aerobics competition in 1985. It is through this competition that aerobics has rapidly spread and become a worldwide sport.

Second, aerobics improves people's external physical beauty.

As early as the primitive society, human beings had a persistent pursuit of their own "beauty". In order to get living conditions from nature, people must have a strong body. Therefore, a strong body is regarded as a symbol of beauty and strength. From the materialistic point of view, the ancient Greeks believed that among all things in the world, only the bodybuilding body was the most harmonious, solemn, energetic and perfect. They regard the beauty of human body as the highest standard of beauty, and think that bodybuilding is the most ideal beauty.

Marx said: "Social progress is the crystallization of human pursuit of beauty." Everyone has a love of beauty. It is human nature to love beauty. Everyone wants to have a healthy body and a beautiful figure. So, what can be called bodybuilding? The so-called bodybuilding, as the name implies, is both healthy and beautiful. Health and beauty are complementary, health is the foundation of beauty, and beauty is the objective reflection of health. Aerobics is a combination of dance, music and gymnastics. After creation, according to the requirements of all-round and coordinated development of the body, people's body is uniform, their muscles are firm, their joints are flexible, their skin is smooth, their posture is light, vigorous and full of vitality.

Because the basic posture of aerobics is to keep the center of gravity upward, relax the body, keep the trunk upright, tuck in the abdomen, hold out the chest and sink the shoulders. Secondly, on the premise of paying attention to the basic posture, we should strive to be natural and smooth, flexible, positive and strong. In posture modeling, we should pay attention to the variability and curve of movements, and use the participation of hips and shoulders to add beauty and interest to movements. In jumping and changing movements, we should try our best to be light, agile and elastic. A remarkable feature of aerobics is that it takes the natural human body as the object and uses its own strength to realize self-shaping. The self-shaping of aerobics follows the plasticity of human body, such as muscle strength, degree of development, degree of fat deposition, shape of spine and chest, flexibility of joints and so on. These are the variable factors that determine the self-shaping of body posture and the change of body shape.

Second, aerobics can improve people's inner emotional beauty.

Aerobics is a human movement that expresses beauty, and beauty is the unique feeling that aerobics gives people. It not only pays attention to the exercise of external beauty, but also emphasizes the cultivation of internal beauty, which obviously embodies the natural overall effect of fitness, bodybuilding and heart-building. Aerobics is an exercise method that organically combines dance and sports, and it has a strong artistic appeal. Because in the whole process of practicing aerobics, we should be full of self-confidence, full of emotion and positive optimism, so that practitioners can show a cheerful, open-minded and brave spirit, and under the encouragement of music accompaniment, strive to make movements and music blend with each other and penetrate each other to achieve the harmonious unity of vision, hearing and beauty. The artistic charm of dance has been fully reflected in aerobics, which not only has the beauty of harmonious and smooth rhythm, but also has its own health and vitality. Aerobics is a way of human movement under the guidance of aesthetic theory, which pays attention to the accurate beauty of movements and vivid and smooth modeling. Therefore, in the aerobics performance, its formal beauty has been fully demonstrated. Fourthly, aerobics can improve the function of people's sports system.

The basic movements of head and neck, upper limbs, chest, waist and lower limbs, such as flexion, rotation, lifting, swinging and vibration, are all inspired by dance movements, which add novel and unique hand shapes and dance steps to aerobics, especially hip movements and wave movements, making aerobics more colorful. Regular aerobic exercise can improve the flexibility of joints, increase the strength, volume and elasticity of muscles, and make connective tissues such as ligaments and tendons elastic. For teenagers, doing aerobic exercise can stimulate muscles, bones, joints and ligaments. Persistence can promote the growth of bones, help teenagers grow taller and make bones denser and stronger. Aerobic exercise can enhance the function of cardiovascular system. Long-term participation in aerobic exercise can thicken myocardial fibers, enhance myocardial contractility, increase cardiac output and improve blood supply capacity. At the same time, providing more oxygen and nutrients to the whole body cells through the circulatory system can improve metabolism, reduce fat deposition, delay vascular sclerosis and be beneficial to health. Aerobic exercise can improve the functional level of respiratory system, and regular participation in aerobic exercise will make respiratory muscles strong. Aerobic exercise also helps to improve the functional ability of the digestive system. Because there are more hip activities in aerobic exercise, it not only exercises the muscles of waist and abdomen and pelvis, but also strengthens gastrointestinal peristalsis and digestive function, which is helpful for the absorption and utilization of nutrients.
