A month's plan can be arranged like this:
Run on the treadmill for 30 minutes-1 hour, and then step on the spinning bike for 20 minutes.
Do 30 push-ups and then 30 sit-ups before going to bed every day.
Eat breakfast and lunch normally, eat less at dinner, and don't sit or lie down after dinner 1 hour.
I always believe that a happy mood is the premise of a person's beauty and health. Don't let sports become a task or a burden, but an important part of your life. Good figure is as simple as that.
I never go on a diet and eat like a man, but the reason why I have a particularly good figure is because of a good attitude and moderate long-term exercise.
