Exercise varies from person to person and from age to age. Young people can exercise well and improve their immunity by running. Swimming is better for the elderly, which can protect their knees.

Once I took a bus and an old man sat next to me. He said that after he retired, he would go out for a walk if he had nothing to do. As a result, a few years later, his knees were sore and he couldn't even get out of bed. Finally, I was hospitalized for surgery to change my knee.

Running, climbing, running and dancing for a long time is a kind of injury to the knee joint. When you are older, you need to choose the exercise mode that suits you, such as swimming, walking, yoga, pilates, classical dancing, playing Tai Ji Chuan and so on.

Among them, swimming can exercise the whole body, burn fat to shape, enhance vital capacity and reduce knee injury.

Personally, I think this problem has something to do with my favorite sports. Personally, I like swimming. It has been said that there are two things in the world that are harmless to health, one is swimming and the other is yogurt, which makes sense. Swimming, as a national fitness exercise, is of great help to people's health. It can enhance myocardial function, enhance resistance, burn and reduce fat, improve body flexibility, relieve stress and depression, improve skin, shape muscle lines, enhance muscle strength, improve bones, reduce inflammation risk, relieve exercise asthma, make people smart and prolong life. After the epidemic, we might as well stick to swimming.

Five reasons why I don't recommend swimming:

First, the original purpose of swimming is not to exercise, but to bask in the sun. Have you ever seen a black swimmer? Why do white people have the advantage in swimming? It's not a physical problem, it's a physical problem. Black people have lived in tropical areas for a long time and received plenty of sunshine, while white people in Europe and America are often worried about not getting the sun, so they like to bask in the sun on sunny beaches and play games in the water, which gradually evolved into swimming. There are long sunshine hours in Africa, and black people have sufficient vitamin D synthesis. Their bone mass and muscle mass are higher than those of whites, their body proportions are larger, they need more buoyancy in water, and they need more physical exertion when swimming. We yellow people are somewhere in between. In fact, we have some disadvantages compared with white people. The key is our swimming.
