I haven't studied dance before, I don't have a particularly deep understanding of dance, and I don't have a sincere love for dance like other girls. 2. Life. Sports dance enriched my college life. As an accounting major, heavy schoolwork often makes me breathless. I hardly have time to exercise except for classes and study. The existence of sports dance class provides me with an opportunity to exercise and keep fit. I still remember * times in class, the teacher taught us to play the piano. I could hardly hold on for a minute. However, after several weeks of training, playing the piano once can last for about two minutes, which shows that the hand muscle ability has been exercised. Sometimes, the dance steps taught by the teacher are difficult for me without foundation. In this case, she patiently taught me that she never blamed me when I made mistakes. 3. mentally. I don't remember when I heard the saying that dance can express people's emotions and is a way for people to vent their emotions. I'm not very proficient in dancing. To be honest, I don't know how to express my feelings. All I can do is try my best to do what the teacher asks. However, in the process of dancing, my emotions were really released. Every time in the process of training, dancing will let me put aside the pressure of learning and concentrate on practicing every movement. Every time I dance up and down, I feel like I am floating. That feeling is very relaxed. At the same time, I still remember the movie I saw last week. The hero's enthusiasm for dancing strongly shocked me.
