In 2006, the elite team of Quanjian Line Dance Promotion was established, and it is planned to introduce line dance into China as an independent project. After studying abroad and inviting international choreographers to teach in China, the leaders realized that it was not enough to introduce them. They have to learn, adapt, innovate and absorb them according to the national conditions of China, and highlight the social and cultural characteristics of China, so as to promote it to the whole country. In order to better grasp the arrangement rules of line dancing, and integrate foreign art forms with China traditional culture, the all-round line dancing team deeply explores the social and cultural connotation of line dancing and endows it with the effect of entertainment and fitness. It is named "all-round dance", which means "national health", "national entertainment and healthy dance" and "national participation". Short for "line dance".

On the morning of the opening of the Beijing Olympic Games on August 8, 2008, Quan Jian line dance made its debut in a large-scale national event. All-around choreography became an instant hit, and gained wide public attention and media coverage at home and abroad. Since then, the curtain of the national promotion of all-round dance has been opened.
Since 2008, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the China Workers' Recreation and Sports Association have taken the lead in promoting all-round dance among industrial workers in China, and have received strong support from local Federation of Trade Unions. The sunshine, health and fashion of Quanjian line dancing have set off an upsurge for workers to learn line dancing, and the enthusiastic participation of young workers has made Quanjian line dancing full of young vitality.
The success of all-around dance in the promotion of industrial workers in China has formed a typical demonstration role for people in other systems. Teachers and students in colleges and universities, community members and some teachers in the group training system have all joined the tide of universal dance promotion. The development of line dancing in various places has shown the trend that a single spark can start a prairie fire, and mass activities such as line dancing competitions, performances and exhibitions have come and gone.

Quanjian choreography has a high-end atmosphere and is known as an upgraded version of square dance and aerobics. At present, all-around dance choreographers are all over the country, and the trainees have covered 3/kloc-0 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Trade unions, mass organizations, universities, women's federations and other systems are actively promoting all-around dance. According to incomplete statistics, more than150,000 employees have participated in dance choreography activities nationwide, with a total number of more than 30 million, plus people from other systems.
