Regular social drinking, how to achieve no harm to fitness or reduce harm?
First of all, it is necessary to make clear why drinking exercise is not recommended. When drinking, a series of changes will take place in the body. When alcohol enters the blood, it will affect the brain, protein synthesis and hormone function. Drinking alcohol will lead to high blood pressure, and long-term heavy drinking will lead to heart failure.

Secondly, drinking sports will affect our coordination, balance and judgment. Alcohol will have a bad effect on the chemicals in the brain and reduce the inhibition. Drinking will reduce our reaction speed, so strength, endurance and aerobic exercise will be affected, which will affect sports performance. In addition, alcohol is also a diuretic, and sweating during exercise can easily cause dehydration. Dehydration and muscle fatigue are the most common adverse consequences of drinking.

Finally, drinking doesn't mean giving up exercise, but we should make sure that our bodies fully recover. If you drink too much and don't want to miss the fitness, it is recommended to arrange training first and then drink a little. If not, it is suggested that:

1. There is a period between drinking and exercising. Generally, it takes 1 ~ 2 hours for the alcohol in a glass of wine to be excreted.

2. Drink as much water as possible after drinking to prevent dehydration, and the exercise time should not be too long;

3. It is best to eat some solid food before drinking, which will slow down the body's absorption of alcohol;

4, drinking is not suitable for high-intensity training, low-intensity aerobic or strength is still a better choice.
