The composite plastic runway is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and pollution-free, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. Absorb the impact force: moderately absorb the impact force of the feet, reduce sports injuries, and be suitable for long-term practice and competition. Simple maintenance: no special maintenance is needed within its reasonable use range, but daily cleaning and washing are necessary. Chemical properties: No toxic substances such as short-chain chlorinated paraffin, benzene, toluene, xylene and free toluene diisocyanate (TDI), and no irritating smell. In the construction, environmental-friendly and healthy dispersed auxiliary materials are added, chemical catalysts containing heavy metals such as epoxy acid and lead are replaced by natural water, and organic volatile matter (TVOC) is not contained, thus ensuring environmental protection in the construction process. Physical properties: internal pores are closed, no rubber particles are added, high rubber content, good aging resistance, high tensile strength and excellent flame retardant performance, exceeding the requirements of relevant national standards!

(2) The mixed runway, also called the traditional runway, has a flat and dense structure. Mixed plastic track is generally used in professional competition venues, which is a common type of middle and high-grade track and field venues, and its cost is much higher than that of breathable track and field venues. The mixed runway adopts high-quality and environment-friendly special paving materials for two-component mixed runway; Chemical properties: No toxic substances such as short-chain chlorinated paraffin, benzene, toluene, xylene and free toluene diisocyanate (TDI), and no irritating smell. In the construction, environmental-friendly and healthy dispersed auxiliary materials are added, chemical catalysts containing heavy metals such as epoxy acid and lead are replaced by natural water, and organic volatile matter (TVOC) is not contained, thus ensuring environmental protection in the construction process. Physical properties: sealed pores inside, adding a certain proportion of EPDM particles, high rubber content, good aging resistance, high tensile strength and excellent flame retardancy, exceeding the requirements of relevant national standards.

(3) Breathable plastic racetrack is also called water seepage racetrack, and its elastic layer is made of particles and OB glue (polyurethane glue) and has holes, which can breathe and seep water! Breathable plastic runways account for 63% of plastic runways in universities, middle schools and primary schools. Its bottom layer is a combination of single-liquid PU and elastic rubber particles, and it is an environment-friendly product with breathable function. At high temperature, the steam generated by the foundation will be quickly emitted. The steam pressure will not accumulate, so it will not bubble, and it meets the professional requirements and has good elasticity. The advantages are as follows: high ultraviolet resistance, no fading and strong wear resistance; No hair loss, excellent weather resistance, not easy to age; The elasticity is stable, there is no difference in elasticity throughout the year, and it will not be hard in winter and soft in summer; Drawing lines are not easy to paint off, bright in color, colorfast and better in wear resistance; The flatness reaches the IAAF standard and the drainage is good. There is no need to stop the game on a rainy day. After a heavy rain, the game can be played immediately without water accumulation.

(4) The rubber surface adhesive for the composite plastic track is divided into two layers. The ground floor is the same as the breathable runway. Elastic rubber particles and polyurethane adhesive are made into a buffer elastic layer with a thickness of about 10mm by paving equipment. The surface layer is paved with 2~3mm thick polyurethane glue, then the EPDM particles are sprinkled as the wear surface layer, and then the 2 mm modified TPU seal layer is covered, and then the surface layer is sprayed. Adopt a composite structure recognized by IAAF. The upper layer is made of PU particles or EPDM weather-resistant and environment-friendly color particles, sealed with water-permeable polyurethane, and the lower layer is a mechanical construction cushion. Meet international competition standards. The standard thickness is 13mm. Characteristics of composite plastic runway;

1. Compared with sports venues such as breathable plastic track, mixed plastic track and pre-cast rubber track, the appearance of composite plastic track is consistent with that of mixed plastic track, and other data are basically consistent with that of mixed plastic track except for tensile strength.

2. The cost of composite plastic track is generally about 15% lower than that of mixed plastic track, and it has the characteristics of good elasticity, bright color, high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance, anti-skid, low temperature resistance, earthquake resistance, sound insulation and durability.

3. Because of its good surface drainage function, rain and snow in the alpine region cannot enter the elastic layer of the plastic runway. Once the climate gets warmer, the snow and ice on the surface of the composite traditional plastic track will melt, and the natural drainage through the track slope will not have any adverse effects on the track.

4. At present, there is no national standard for composite plastic runway in China, and the physical and mechanical performance data provided by users and relevant testing departments are implemented according to enterprise standards.
