It pays attention to practicality, pursues practical results, and emphasizes subduing the enemy with the shortest time and the least action. For a long time, this technology has been a compulsory course for military police, gendarmerie and special forces in various countries to perform special tasks.

Overview of modern fighting

As early as the primitive society, people gradually learned to punch, kick, stumble, snatch and other actions to obtain the means of subsistence. During the period of slave society, the war between tribes made the fighting technology between people develop continuously. The slave society vividly showed the scene of unarmed fighting in the sculpture "Fighting" in the Western Han Dynasty.

Starting from our own army, some offensive and defensive techniques in combat have been incorporated into the training courses of soldiers. The fighting in Qin and Han Dynasties was once called "hand fighting" and "skill fighting". There is an explanation in Hanshu Yiwenzhi that "hand-to-hand combat is the art of military strategists"; It is also recorded in the Art of War of Sun Tzu. It can be seen that fighting technology has been widely promoted and applied in military training and war.

Wulin in the world can be described as a hundred flowers, including China Wushu with a long history, fierce Muay Thai, Taekwondo, simple and direct Jeet Kune Do, karate with high practical value, practical and easy-to-learn judo and highly skilled Aikido. During the period of 1967- 1970, Bruce Lee founded free fighting in the United States. Later, Bruce Lee died suddenly, and his disciple Joe Lewis continued to fight freely. Muay Thai developed rapidly, and later free fighting basically became Muay Thai. Now the world free fighting organization is the World Free Fighting Federation.

At present, the military police, gendarmes and special forces in many countries in the world, such as the Green Beret Special Operations Force in the United States, the Signal Flag Special Forces in Russia, the Alpha Special Forces, the Royal Marine Commando in Britain, the Airborne Special Service, and the Blackhead Commando in Italy, all take fighting as an important subject to study. The special police school in China also started to offer fighting training courses in the 1990s.

Modern fighting technology is a comprehensive fighting technology that integrates China Wushu, Sanda, boxing, judo, wrestling, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do and karate, and is specially used to subdue the enemy. With the rapid development of science and technology, criminals' criminal methods are becoming more and more cunning and ferocious. Mastering this skill skillfully will play a positive role in effective self-defense, stopping crime and protecting the interests of the country and the people from infringement.

Characteristics of modern fighting

Modern fighting is the ability to subdue the enemy by using fighting skills such as kicking, hitting, throwing and holding. From the analysis of action, training combination form and actual effect, it has the following four characteristics.

(1) Hit the key point, defeat the key point with one move and defeat the enemy with one move, which is one of the important features of fighting action. A move to defeat the enemy and hitting the key point are complementary, and hitting the key point is the premise of a move to defeat the enemy. If you miss the point, you can't defeat the enemy with one move. In actual combat, riot control is different from the competition of antagonistic events, such as boxing, Sanda and wrestling. , and all have the constraints of prohibited parts under its rules or the constraints and restrictions of competition rules.

(2) Fine movements, easy to practice modern fighting techniques. Its technical action structure is simple and refined, and each action has a certain purpose and use. In every technical action, it has both offensive and defensive functions and does not seek virtual potential. Don't hit, don't take, don't kick, don't fall, simple and direct, raise your arms and legs.

Practice is convenient, and training is not limited by the venue. As far as technology is concerned, it is basically carried out in situ, and there is no need for run-up and take-off.

(3) Simple and practical, using modern fighting techniques to defeat the strong with the weak is composed of every basic action, so mastering fighting techniques only requires certain basic skills and does not require difficult technical actions. The method is simple and easy to master, and is not limited by age, gender and other conditions. Women and some old people and children can get ideal results after practice.

(4) Flexibility, both offensive and defensive. Modern fighting techniques have many movements and rich means of practice. It is to determine the technical skills used by the enemy according to his body posture, standing posture, posture, distance and suddenness in actual combat. So, there are all kinds of fighting methods.

Both offensive and defensive means the organic combination of offensive and defensive contradictions. If there is only defense and no attack in the battle, you can only be in a passive position. If there is only attack without defense, once the attack fails, the enemy will take advantage of it and cause harm. Therefore, fighting should not only have the action of direct attack, but also have the offensive techniques of active defense, retreat and liberation.

Practical principles of modern combat

The practical principles of modern combat are:

(1) It will be illusory to turn from the East to the West. Under normal circumstances, people have an instinctive conditioned reflex. When a certain part is stimulated (attacked) by the outside world, they will consciously protect themselves. This is why shifting from the west will conquer the enemy. If I attack from the front, my right palm grabs or hits the enemy's face as a feint, and the enemy thinks his arm is blocked, so I take the opportunity to kick the enemy's crotch.

When encountering a strong enemy, pay attention to finding the weakness of the other side. "The ribs will leak when punching, and the crotch will be empty when lifting the legs." Only by avoiding reality and guiding the situation can we effectively attack the enemy.

(2) Fast and accurate, bold and good at breakthrough. In fighting, the speed of action is the key to success. Speed is the premise of accuracy, but accuracy is also very important. A palm that missed the point gave the enemy a chance to fight back. Being bold and decisive means acting according to circumstances, seeing the enemy's body posture and movements, and suddenly implementing the method of controlling the enemy without hesitation.

(3) To attack them unexpectedly is not prepared in the actual control of the enemy. "Surprise them, surprise them" means not being discovered and perceived by the enemy when attacking. This is the truth of the sentence "I don't know what to type". What is a surprise? Just unprepared. An advantage without preparation is not a real advantage and there is no initiative. An inferior and prepared army can often launch a surprise attack on the enemy and defeat the advantage. In actual combat techniques, attacking from behind the enemy fully illustrates this point.

(4) Law enforcers who are not afraid of violence and dare to fight and fight represent justice when facing the enemy, so be confident. Therefore, law enforcers should not be afraid of violence and overwhelm the enemy mentally and imposing manner. If you lack courage and timidity in the battle, it will definitely have a certain impact on your actions, which will make you slow down and dare not take the initiative to attack boldly. Although they surpass the enemy in strength, they often fail or suffer undue harm because of mistakes in action.

In actual enemy control, the situation is complex and diverse, so we should master and apply the principle of enemy control flexibly according to the actual situation at that time.
