The requirements vary from place to place. Substation needs grounding grid. If the soil resistance is too high, resistance reducer must be sprayed. The grounding of the outer tower is generally buried with iron blocks, and the iron blocks are connected to the tower with a round iron welder. I suggest you bury an iron block, increase the grounding area, and weld steel pipes or iron bars on the iron block to connect them.
