1. Music recognition ability

In the gym, we will contact various members, and different members have different needs for classes. At present, there are two kinds of group classes in gymnasiums in China (fixed routines and self-made combination routines). The fixed routine is mainly Lemaire course, and the coach can take classes without having to arrange his own movements. The self-made combination routine needs the coach to edit and arrange the music. The latter two tests the professional knowledge of the coach, which has certain challenges and tests for the coach. Beginners are advised to learn fixed routines first, and then try their own combination routines.
4. Interactive teaching
In class, we need to communicate with members through actions and language, so that members can keep up with the coach's rhythm and actions while ensuring the completion of actions, so that the course can be completed in more detail and at a glance. Don't just ensure the progress of the course and ignore the classroom teaching. Communication is a very important link in class.
