Body doctrine. I first saw this word in the book of Wendy Wang, a female entrepreneur. Generally speaking, your body honestly shows what kind of person you are.
You can always keep your body tight. You should be a self-disciplined exerciser or a regular eater. In other respects, you should also be a serious and self-disciplined person. The pursuit of perfect muscle lines should also be a person who will pursue perfection in other aspects. On the contrary, if the number is too lower than the normal level, it may be a disease, but there must be something wrong with self-control.
The above is my past understanding of "body doctrine". But recently, I gradually have a different understanding of the body.
I still believe that physical honesty reflects everything about a person. At this time, I believe that my body reflects more things than I thought. The information she gave me may reflect my subconscious thoughts or problems.
For example, I feel that my posture is not straight enough, my shoulders can't open, and cervical hyperplasia caused by my neck leaning forward. I tried hard to do strength training and correct the problem by strengthening the muscles of the shoulder, neck and back, but now, I find that the real reason lies in my deep inferiority and fear of getting old, which makes my body unconsciously and honestly reflect my heart. So, even if I sweat in the gym for an hour every day, my muscles will be repeated and strengthened by leaning forward and tightening for the remaining 23 hours. However, when I am in a very confident and excited high-energy state, my body is relaxed, open and naturally becomes tall and straight.
Therefore, the core of solving the problem is not how many muscles you have practiced, but whether you have opened your heart chakra, fully accepted all your imperfections, and enjoyed getting old. When the inner remorse and fear are relieved, the body can naturally gradually show a straight and open state.
I should completely accept my present age and state, accept the constant loss of collagen, accept more and more wrinkles, work hard but still relax. I should enjoy this state more, because I can finally look more mature and sophisticated, because I have the wisdom and resilience to grow up, better tolerance and charm. Enjoy every wrinkle, even every gray hair. Who can say that the sense of time is not a charm?
On the other hand, before you are so eager to establish contact with another person, shouldn't you learn to take time to slow down, calm down, establish contact with your heart, listen carefully to your body, understand and accept your own needs, so as to listen and accept others better, right?
