3. Publicity: publicize the information of employees who enjoy subsidies, including their names, in a prominent position on the human resources and social security network (or the website of local government affairs network) and the service hall of unemployment insurance agencies.

4. Payment: If there is no objection to the announcement, the skills upgrading subsidy fund will be allocated to the social security card (or bank card) of the applicant employee within 12 working days.
