Authentic Baduanjin method is as follows:

Baduanjin originated in the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 800 years. The ancients compared this set of movements to "brocade", which means colorful and gorgeous luxury! Reflect its graceful movements and regard it as "eliminating diseases and strengthening the body, with excellent effect;" This method is divided into eight sections, each with one action, hence the name "Eight-section Brocade".

Methods: The body's center of gravity is slightly lifted (inhaled), the body trunk leans to the right, and then leans over (holds its breath); The upper body rotates (shouts) from right to front to left; Shake your head backwards (suck), and there is no transition from shaking your head left to wagging your tail. Breathe in the same way as on the right.
