Some dumbbell stools in the gym.
Hello, I am also a fighting fan. I like to practice boxing, taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, judo and so on. To put it bluntly, I am a comprehensive person, and I can do a little bit of everything. Of course, I am an amateur, just follow the video and have no actual combat experience.

Besides, I have been working out for two years as an amateur. If you are doing muscle exercises or something, I can help you, because I also do it at home.

1. Dumbbell stool, 3 adjustable, flat, inclined upward and inclined downward respectively.

2. Dumbbell, adjustable. My dumbbell is 50KG, which is used for the most basic training, and all movements can be used.

3. Training requires barbells, two heads, three heads and latissimus dorsi.

Elastic belt, I bought Hatta elastic belt. When the two pieces are used together, it has good elasticity and can be used in a series of actions such as cross pull-down, rope pull-down and flying birds.

Let me explain why I don't buy bench press, squat rack, Smith rack and so on.

1. You said that your father gave you an amateur fighting room and put the equipment mentioned above, which greatly narrowed your activities, so it is not recommended.

When you practice fighting, your muscles need explosive power, not strength or endurance, so you don't need too much weight.

Let's talk about my own understanding of fighting equipment:

1. sandbags, preferably on the ground, gloves, carpets, because since common actions such as fighting and kicking are natural, it will not hurt so much if you fall.

2. Sponges, or very soft things, can be placed against the wall, preferably larger, because when you practice side kicking, you can kick instead of kicking sandbags, which will be bad if it breaks.

The above is my personal opinion, all by hand, I hope to adopt it. If you want to exercise your muscles, you can come to me and we can communicate with each other!
