I think such people are self-disciplined and drag their tired bodies to exercise, not because they really don't need exercise, but because they work too hard. But when we are in the gym, we will turn these tiredness into a kind of motivation, and we will put more fitness effects into our work. Only when we are healthy can we do a good job. I think such people are truly self-disciplined.
