Soldiers in the army are not muscular. Why is strength comparable to fitness muscle man?
Any movement and action of the human body requires muscle coordination, and the process of muscle contraction allows us to complete various actions. The more developed our muscles are, the stronger our muscle contraction function will be and the greater our strength will be. So the existence of muscle must have its meaning. Like the muscles of army soldiers, most of them will be well developed, which is also the result of their long-term training.

Although the muscles of domestic soldiers can't be said to be developed, they can only be said to be thinner. Compared with the muscles of fitness muscular men, their muscles are not so developed, but this can only show that the muscles of army soldiers are not as good as those of people who exercise, but in terms of ability, the gap between them and fitness muscular men is not big, especially in terms of strength. Why?

Muscle level

As we all know, there are mainly two kinds of muscles in the human body, white muscle and red muscle. The strength training of fitness muscle men is mainly to exercise red muscles, while the militarized training of army soldiers is mainly to exercise white muscles. People with strong red muscles have stronger absolute strength, while those with strong white muscles have stronger muscle explosive force and endurance.

Training mode

The training methods of muscle men in the gym are very different from those of soldiers in the army. Muscle man's training in fitness is mainly based on muscle dimension and aesthetic feeling, while the training methods of soldiers in the army are more for physical fitness, agility and flexibility, and pay little attention to muscle dimension. It can be said that the former is trained to practice muscles, while the latter's muscles are only accessories to enhance combat skills.

Training subjects and training items

Fitness training programs are now mainly divided into unarmed fitness and equipment fitness, and most muscle men in the gym will mainly use equipment fitness. After all, equipment fitness is the fastest way to gain muscle, while the training subjects of army soldiers are mainly unarmed fitness, such as five-kilometer cross-country, push-ups, pull-ups and so on. Although the muscle dimension of training is not very large, the training intensity of army soldiers is much greater than that of ordinary fitness muscle men. Let's say pull-ups, ordinary veterans in the army can do more than a dozen, and muscular men may not be as good as soldiers in the army, although they have big muscles.

Do you think if soldiers in the army also receive equipment training, the muscle dimension will increase?
