These Provisions shall apply to the administration of public security in public places where the units specified in the preceding paragraph are open to the outside world. ?

Industry and commerce, culture, sports, press and publication, environmental protection, health, transportation, radio and television, construction, urban management and other departments should cooperate with the public security organs to implement these Provisions according to their respective responsibilities. Article 4 Citizens engaged in activities in public places shall abide by laws, regulations and rules. Citizens reporting illegal and criminal acts in public places are protected by law. Public places such as ticket offices, accounting rooms, computer rooms, garages, broadcasting rooms, power distribution rooms, boiler rooms, warehouses, valuables storage rooms, and articles storage places shall be equipped with safety technical prevention facilities in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph. ?
