First, as a 46-year-old middle-aged man, in order to improve my health and shape my body, I choose to exercise every day to improve my physical fitness and intentionally strengthen the shaping of abdominal muscles. I insist on doing all kinds of abdominal muscle training every day, including sit-ups, flat elbows and push-ups, to strengthen and shape my body. My body shape now is 176CM, my weight is 72 kg and my waist circumference is 25. During this year's exercise, I kept exercising every day. At present, my abdominal muscles have obvious four-pack abdominal muscles, but compared with a year ago, my abdominal muscles are still not obvious enough. The exercise effect after one year is not obvious, and the effect is not great.
? Secondly, after every exercise, I look in the mirror and find that my abdominal muscles have not made much progress and improvement after a year of hard training, so I can't help feeling frustrated. I feel that the effect of insisting on training this year is completely unsatisfactory. I don't know whether to persist or give up now.
? Third, when we insist on doing something, although we have worked hard for a long time, we have little or no effect, and we can't see the dawn of success for a while. Are we confused? Should we persist or choose to give up? It takes a patient process for people to accomplish something, and it is also a process from quantitative change to qualitative change. So, no matter what, we should stick to ourselves, don't give up easily, endure loneliness, guard against arrogance and rashness, and go on step by step. I believe that success will come at last.
? Fourth, on the other hand, we should also sum up the experience and lessons, why the expected training effect has not been achieved, check whether there is any deviation in the whole process, make a good summary, and make adjustments quickly to get ourselves back on the effective and correct track. Only in this way can we succeed.
To sum up, in the process of practicing abdominal muscles, we may not have much effect at present. Although it will take a long time, as long as we make a little progress, we should also see hope. Don't give up easily, stick to it and constantly adjust our training methods. I believe that I will definitely develop good abdominal muscles.
