I cough occasionally once or twice a year, but I have never suffered from headaches or colds, let alone other diseases.
Knee rheumatism caused by motorcycle riding for decades has been obviously improved. The two calves are not afraid of the cold, the strength of the knees is strengthened, and the steps are particularly powerful, which is almost completely different from the original.
6. Gradually, I got into the habit of doing things neatly, finishing everything in the shortest time and at the fastest speed, and getting rid of the problems of dragging my feet and being the first mouse.
7. Cherish time more and more.
8. Reading for at least one hour and writing for at least two hours every day has become a habit, and they enjoy it.
9. It's easier to think and calm down.
And I have been practicing soft-pen calligraphy for a year and a half, and I practice thinking about soft-pen calligraphy for an hour every day.
How did you get into the habit of running in the morning? At that time, change came from a small decision.
1 That morning, I was in a good mood and wanted to go out for a walk. And left. It feels good to walk around. I got up early the next day and went out to look for that joy.
Unexpectedly, I walked for three months.

In the fourth month, the walking speed was obviously accelerated. Because, unhappy and uncomfortable! In fact, my body has been walking for an hour every day for three months, and it is normal to walk fast.
Sometimes I feel like an engine, a walking machine. When I saw some people running at full speed, I really didn't take them seriously. I walked happily. I walked briskly for three months.
2. Finally one day I ran away!
Because, I had something to do that day and longed for fresh air. As usual, I went out for a brisk walk and ran with a little strength. Soon, I entered the state. I became a running machine, taking a deep breath, swinging my arms, lifting my legs and stepping. I actually feel like I'm flying, stepping on it, dragging my legs, and then taking turns flying.

I ran for half an hour that morning. It takes half the time to think of walking.
From that day on, I ran until this morning, and six years passed.

Getting up early and going to bed early is not happy and fulfilling, and staying up late is not comfortable, but staying up late is uncomfortable.
No matter whether you run or do something else, no matter how many bar boys you want to be, just get into the habit. When love becomes a habit, you will be inseparable. When Excellence becomes a habit, you will hate laziness.
Third, then, how to form a habit?
First, form a habit and allow it to have a process.

In a word, I take myself too seriously! When there are many people, when I run in the morning, I am in a state of forgetting myself. I have no happiness or worries, and I have no utilitarian view on running.
Even if I leave, I will walk for ten minutes the week before and start walking for fifteen minutes next week. Slowly reach the point of running for forty minutes every day. Rome wasn't built in a day, and your sleeping body can't run for an hour at once. Let the body accept it and let the body and mind accumulate slowly.
Fifth, don't pretend.
You exercise, you run, you are happy and you are healthy.

Fifth, you must pay attention to safety when running.
I am not a professional runner, but a runner. The physical and sports problems of running are simply two words: I don't understand. I really understand the changes in my heart. It is the habit of running in the morning that has brought me a series of changes, not running for a series of changes.
Fourth, not everyone needs to run.
The last thing I want is to worship it like a god and abandon it like dirt.
