Under normal circumstances, there is only the format of1.5gmp4. Why is yours so big? Is it a Blu-ray version?

The extension is not visible on the screenshot. It's hard to judge, but 7G won't just decompress this thing, nor will it be a virus. If it's a 3G virus, think about it. Virus makers will be exhausted, and a few jump codes won't take a few MB, don't you think? So either your decompression software is not up-to-date, and the decompression is not complete, or the hidden things in the file are not selected.
