In my opinion, fitness needs both skills and mental skills. Skills, as the name implies, are how to practice and what actions can be effective. Mind method, in my opinion, is how you get along with your body and the process of getting along with yourself, which determines whether you can persist. It will make you start over when you encounter setbacks or setbacks.
In the eyes of many people, fitness is a very difficult thing, because when we buy an annual card or a private teaching class, it actually only represents the first step. So, when we want to start this thing at first, we will encounter many external voices-some people will question, can you stick to it? Or, let's see how many times and how long you can hold on.
Maybe none of these voices are malicious, but for you who are full of motivation at that moment, there may be a feeling of disbelief, which may also reduce your self-confidence and dampen your enthusiasm. Perhaps, some people will retort angrily. How do you know I can't do it, or I can prove it to you? These so-called external pressures to prove to TAs may make you anxious, and you will blame yourself and attack yourself when you can't. But in fact, these will be obstacles on your fitness road, because you have been consuming self-energy.

My answers to these two questions were:
Why do you work hard to keep fit? Choosing to try fitness is to want better energy and do more things. I also want to be more beautiful, and I also want to see if I can break through myself and accomplish things that I thought were impossible before.
Can I really hold on? I don't know ~ maybe I can persist, maybe I can't, but I want to try.
When you really listen to your inner voice, admit and accept your own shortcomings, and let go of the pressure of "must do", you will really let go of yourself and go into battle lightly.
When other people's voices come again, it won't affect you, because you know that you are working hard and persisting for yourself, instead of seeking external recognition or proving it to anyone; If you really give up in the end, it's for yourself. It only means that you can't do it now, and you won't blame yourself for it.
Have you ever worked out in the gym for two weeks, then suddenly you didn't go for a week, and then you didn't? Or after eating a healthy meal for a week, suddenly one day I want to eat fried chicken, drink beer, eat barbecue continuously, and then indulge myself once. From then on, I missed the fitness meal. ....................
Thinking in my heart has been interrupted anyway, and I can't hold on any longer. Let go of yourself and live happily ~
I don't know if you have a similar experience, but I handled it differently.
I used to go only once a month because I was too busy at work, but at that moment, I felt that there was no problem, and I never equated 1 month not to go to the future. Because, it's only a month now, so small, what can it represent ~ So, I continue to practice without any burden ~
I am also more casual about my diet. Although I can cook healthy meals, my colleagues have particularly delicious dishes. I will take a few bites and then go back to eat healthy meals. When I really want to eat something one day, I will not endure it, but satisfy my appetite first, such as Luchuan/barbecue, and then continue to eat healthy meals happily the next day.
Some people may say, you don't look like a fitness person ~ but I want to ask, what is a fitness person? You have to eat three meals a day to be healthy ~ besides, fitness is your own business, not someone else's business, and it is not to be a so-called "I am a fitness person".
In fact, it is more conducive to persistence to properly satisfy your own practices. Because it takes a lot of energy to restrain one's desires, the essence of restraint is aimed at oneself and is a strong self-consumption. The power of reason wants to move forward, and the desire pulls back hard until reason can no longer persist and completely collapses. However, when you satisfy yourself properly, all the energy will move in the same direction.
Fitness is not something that needs to be particularly harsh on yourself. Persistence does not mean that it must last, nor does it mean that it is not bad at all.
Everything needs flexibility. You must learn and allow yourself to be flexible.
Each of us has moments of low energy and depression. At this time, don't deliberately ignore it. Of course, you can't be overwhelmed by emotions. Choose Ge You to lie down; It is also not recommended to use fitness or watching drama to divert attention, even though health may be better;
I was too anxious to read for a week. Even if you barely exercise, you can't release it. I just relaxed my body, but my heart is still light. I hardly cook by myself, either forgetting to put salt or putting too much salt ~ ~ In short, it tastes terrible.
Finally, at the weekend, I didn't mean to drive it away. I put on quiet music and meditate to feel myself and my restless heart, what it is afraid of, why it is afraid, and what is limiting it ~ ~ When I see it clearly, my heart is relieved a lot. Because there are no unsolvable problems in this world, it's no big deal to look at the problem of fear from a higher perspective. And many times, what we are afraid of is not the problem itself, but the future. When you see clearly that the present point is not equal to your future and your own value, your heart will be much more peaceful.
Make peace with it and the energy will come back. Going to the gym at this time will really make you feel super beautiful ~
Of course, if you are following a personal trainer, you should also learn to express your needs or emotions to the trainer.
