Tai Ji Chuan is more suitable for people with poor physique. Stick to it for a few months and you will get obvious improvement. The key is to persevere every day. Although Tai Ji Chuan can defend himself, there are too few teachers who can teach now, and most of them can only reach the level of Tai Chi exercises, so it is probably not your first choice.
Wing Chun's self-defense skill is too strong. I recommend this.
