In a more formal gym, there will be a coach who will make a plan one-on-one according to your physique. If there is no explanation, this kind of gym is not very formal.

If you are just starting fitness exercise, the first step to take every day is to warm up, usually running on the treadmill for 3 kilometers or 10 minutes, sweating slightly, in order to make all joints of the body move.
