Industrial Park is a new eastern city that Suzhou focuses on, and has become a new engine of Suzhou's economic growth. Park education is an important part of Suzhou education. 1994 since the establishment of the park, the park has adhered to the strategy of rejuvenating the district through science and education, increased funding, promoted the rapid improvement of school conditions of various schools, and consolidated the foundation of education development; Park education firmly grasps the opportunity of implementing educational modernization project in Jiangsu Province and vigorously promotes educational modernization. A series of innovative measures have made park education jump to a new platform of high-quality and balanced development, creating the "park phenomenon" of Suzhou education. Nowadays, in the new process of Suzhou's educational modernization, park education clearly regards "educational modernization, balance, internationalization and characteristics" as the general goal and task of educational reform and development at present and in the future. Therefore, the orientation and requirements of park education for cultivating students' comprehensive literacy are higher and more comprehensive.
Xincheng Garden Primary School is the first public school in the industrial park, located in Jinji Lake, Suzhou Industrial Park. Established in 1 September, 998, covering an area of1? 5 hectares, with a building area of 1 1296 square meters and a greening rate of 34%. The campus layout is reasonable, exquisite and elegant, showing the humanistic atmosphere everywhere. There are 32 classes in the school, with students 144 1 person and 90 faculty members. After more than ten years of educational exploration and practice, we have always advocated and adhered to open quality education and embarked on a new road of modern, humanized and international primary education. The primary school graduates trained by the school have a series of comprehensive qualities, such as "atmosphere, courage and aura", which has become a business card for park education.
With the deepening of education, standing on a higher education platform, it is urgent for educators in Xincheng to make new rational thinking and practical answers on how to improve the education in Xincheng. In order to further practice and make everything in education point to "cultivating students' comprehensive literacy", Xincheng Garden Primary School set up the topic of "Practical Research on Cultivating Primary School Students' Comprehensive Literacy under the Background of Open Education" in 2009, and declared it as the key topic of Suzhou Education Science "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", leading the upgrading and transformation of school education, taking improving students' comprehensive literacy as the starting point, comprehensively promoting the connotation construction of school education and achieving new breakthroughs. In the past three years, under the guidance of ideological theory, the school has tried to seek new ideas from the practical level, taken new measures, and achieved many gratifying results, thinking and acting on the road of creating a new situation in the connotation construction of the school.
First, to deepen curriculum teaching as the core and promote efficient classroom construction.
The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) clearly points out: "Improving quality should be the core task of education reform and development. Establish a management system and working mechanism oriented to improving the quality of education, and focus the allocation of educational resources and school work on strengthening teaching links and improving the quality of education. " But at the same time, it is emphasized that "schools should implement the burden reduction in all aspects of education and teaching, leaving students time to understand society, think deeply, practice fitness and entertain." How to grasp the quality and completely liberate students' time has become one of the main positions of our research. In the past three years, Xincheng Garden Primary School has been adhering to the guiding ideology of "light burden and high quality", focusing on deepening curriculum teaching, striving to build more efficient classroom teaching and effectively improving students' various qualities.
1. Build a skill platform and deepen teaching and research. In the past three years, Sun Man of Xincheng has paid attention to strengthening the research of classroom teaching, advocating that every teacher should take the classroom as the center, pay attention to the quality of 40 minutes and improve the effectiveness of teaching. Ideologically, it recognizes the objective existence of students' multiple wisdom, pays attention to strengthening the goal consciousness of "classroom" and attaches great importance to the determination and realization of teaching goals. In order to improve teachers' teaching and research ability, we have built a series of platforms, such as tutorial system, mentoring system, expert forum and inter-school cooperation, to guide teachers to deepen teaching and research, thus improving teachers' teaching and learning ability. At the same time, the school has also carried out "actions to improve teachers' classroom teaching skills", "in-class classes", "sliding door classes", "demonstration classes", "diagnosis classes", "inter-school exchange classes" and "invitation classes", which have become the scene for teachers to hone their classroom skills and the stage for practicing their teaching skills. The school launched "Teachers' Professional Development with Action". In the interaction between heteronomy and self-discipline, every teacher has entered the channel of rapid development. Teachers strive for constant innovation in teaching, which has achieved everyone's teaching personality and laid a good foundation for cultivating students' comprehensive quality.
2. Standardize daily management and improve teaching efficiency. In the past three years, in order to strengthen the process monitoring of classroom teaching quality, we have gradually strengthened the system of "in-class lectures" and "topic research", implemented the system of "one-day waiting", earnestly carried out phased education quality research and guidance, irregularly carried out students' ability level tests in different disciplines and grades, highlighted the follow-up and improvement after the research, constantly cultivated students' innovative spirit and autonomous learning ability, promoted students' all-round development, and promoted the overall teaching of the school. In order to supervise the routine operation of the school, daily administrative supervision, weekly work sampling system management and monthly teaching "seven consciousnesses" assessment all closely revolve around the "seven consciousnesses" work, purposefully and selectively sample a certain work index, check the implementation status and existing problems of "classroom teaching" and "school routine management", and put forward rectification opinions to help teachers solve problems in teaching and management. This form standardizes management in a certain sense and improves the efficiency of teaching and management.
3. Optimize the quality of teaching and research, and promote professional growth. In the past three years, the activities of the teaching and research group and the preparation group of the school have closely focused on the theme, avoiding arbitrariness and formalism in teaching and scientific research. Give full play to the positive role of the heads of teaching and research groups and lesson preparation groups in the hierarchical management and process management of school teaching management, establish the leading position of teaching and research groups and lesson preparation groups in business learning, and organize regular business learning exchanges within the groups. Organize the construction of collective lesson preparation with the preparation group of each grade as the unit, and achieve the "four decisions" in collective lesson preparation: planning, location, lecture and theme.
